In winter there are nice skiing opportunities in Austdalen (10 min drive) and Momyr(30 min drive).5 G internet.

Plenty of space to eat out in the summer, barbecue, etc. Washing machine and free park ring. Fiber comes in summer/fall

Architectural cottage on Stokkøya

View of the sea and beautiful Hosnasand, Stokkøy sea center and Strandbaren. The cabin is designed byapland architects and consists of two living rooms, three bedrooms, large loft and large outdoor area. The place is an excellent starting point for snorkeling/diving, Kayak/SUP, fishing, beach and boating, biking, hiking in beautiful coastal scenery or relaxing. 15 minutes walk along the beach is the village 2.0 with workspaces for rent and award-winning Stokkøy bakery.

A fantastic nice view beyond Stjørnfjorden, Trondheimsleia and all the way out to Hitra. Evening sun, nice hiking trails for both the super prey and those who take it as a trip. Sørfjorden Eye Iglo has underfloor heating and heat pump, which makes for a comfortable experience in both summer and winter Breakfast is not included, but can be ordered by appointment NOK 220 per person
