Beautiful drive of about 45 min to Stokkøya. Nice bathtub in bathroom with over 4 meters ceiling height with lake view from both bathtub and shower. In winter there are nice skiing opportunities in Austdalen (10 min drive) and Momyr (30 min drive). 5G internet.

Kuppelen er hele 23 kvadratmeter med vindu i taket og i fronten og den er plassert på en terrasse i to nivåer med sittegruppe og fyrfat. Det er mange flotte turmuligheter i omegn, hva med en tur til toppen av "Forbordsfjellet"?

The property is located with easy access from the road, quiet place overlooking land and mountains. Large patio for dinners, play, parking and the like. It is a short walk down to the lake where you can rent a boat and have access to swimming areas. Hiking trails start right by the front door. Works well for families, couples and friends.

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
