Dzīvoklis ideāli piemērots 2 cilvēkiem, bet tajā ir arī ērts dīvāns, uz kura vajadzības gadījumā var nakšņot trešais cilvēks. Atrodas 5. stāvā - jārēķinās, ka būs jākāpj pa kāpnēm.
