Herzlich Willkommen in unserer neuen Ferienwohnung von Fewo Escave. In dieser frisch renovierten und sanierten Wohnung ist Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Das Highlight ist die kurze Entfernung bis zum Moviepark (10 Minuten mit dem Auto, 12-15 Minuten mit dem Zug). Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, sowie ein frisch saniertes Badezimmer rundet die Wohnung komplett ab. Genießt bei schönem Wetter draußen auf den Balkon einen Kaffee. In der Küche befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner.

We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

Our apartment is a small, attached cottage with terrace and garden. It is located in a quiet residential area in the center of Raesfeld-Erle, a 360-soul village on the edge of the Ruhr area. Here you combine Münsterland flair with everything that the big metropolises offer. In Erle stands the oldest oak in Germany. A chestnut avenue, the rustic schnapps distillery and the old windmill also invite you to cycle and walk on numerous hiking routes.

It is only 200 m to the nearest bus stop, from there you can reach the Marl-Sinsen train station or the S-Bahn station Marl-Mitte with connections to Münster or Essen or Haltern am See or Wuppertal in a few minutes.
