The apartment is in the middle of the village center next to a bakery (open 7 days) and a butcher shop.

The approximately 400-year-old farmhouse, which is located at almost 700 meters above sea level, was partially renovated in 2019. The rustic base was skillfully combined with modern elements. The house is ideally furnished for family vacations of up to 6 people. Of course, groups, couples and individuals are also very welcome. The house impresses with a spacious swing which is kept very close to nature. For children, there are various play options in and around the house.

Für 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder ab 6 Jahren geeignet( auf Nachfrage). Einrichtung ist leider nicht kleinkindgerecht.

Die Liebe zur Kunst ist in der Wohnung spürbar. Ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen, oberhalb des Bodensees. Der Ort ist angenehm verschlafen und ideal zum Entspannen. Bahnhof der Rorschach-Heiden-Bergbahn in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar.

Small but nice, fully equipped studio. Perfect for a few quiet days or a night in transit. The studio offers a double bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Enjoy the sunrises from bed or from the private terrace with a hot coffee. Eichberg is centrally located. Appenzell can be reached in 15 minutes by car and the A13 highway in 10 minutes.

Quiet beautiful furnished flat

Feel comfortable in our flat. The apartment has a separate entrance and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a private parking space available. The next bus stop is 200 meters away, the train station Rebstein-Marbach is 1.5 kilometers away. Grocery stores are 5 min (bakery) and 10 min (supermarket) away. Extra mattress for one child is available.

Large house with plenty of space

The house part has 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 single beds, one double bed. 2 sofa beds for two people each, 3 baby beds and in addition a small mattress storage in the open attic. Downstairs is the small modern kitchen. The game room is right next door. Outside on the patio there is a grill and a fireplace where cozy evenings can be spent.

Vacation home small but nice

Our house is located on the edge of the village center. A large old birch is the landmark in our garden. The stately wooden house was built 140 years ago in the Biedermeier style and has changed little in all these years. It still reflects a forward-looking and cosmopolitan generation. In this sense, we welcome guests from near and far.
