Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Rhine River

Haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen 😊 die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich, es gab viele Ausflugsziele in der Nähe und Tamara war immer schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit 👍🏽

The house was huge and had everything we needed. A nice touch was the rice cooker which is hard to come by. Will definitely visit again if I’m in the area. This is the most value for money house that we rented in Switzerland. Giuseppe was always responsive and this is important especially if guests are already in the house and needed help.

3 generations of my family had a lovely long weekend away at this gem of a place. It's all the things you would expect from the photos - plus a trampoline in the back yard that the three year old adored and a huge range of books and toys that kept her occupied on the day it rained. Very highly recommended.

We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful and comfortable home. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation—from a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing any meal, to spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. In the evenings, we enjoyed unwinding with movies on the large TV. The location is fantastic, serving as a great base for exploring iconic cities like Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, and Koblenz. Excellent restaurants are just around the corner, and for quick grocery runs, Aldi is only about a five-minute drive away. This property truly stands out as one of the most stunning places we’ve ever stayed. Michael was exceptionally responsive and kind, always keeping communication clear and helpful. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Der Aufenthalt im Sonnenhäusle hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt ruhig und man kann direkt an der Türe Wanderungen beginnen. Tipps für Wanderungen haben wir auch bekommen, welche wir direkt getestet und für gut befunden haben. 🙂 Das Haus ist für 4 Erwachsene gut geeignet und der weitläufige Garten lädt zur Erholung ein. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und beim Check-In war ausgezeichnet. Das Haus selbst hat alles was man braucht und die Sauna nach einer langen Wanderung war eine absolute Wohltat. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!

We stayed at Eden Cottage for 3 nights in mid June, as a family of 4 adults and our dog. Big thanks to our host Martina, who was very prompt and supportive with any of our requests. Checking into the house was very easy, and all house rules were clearly communicated. A Things-To-Do folder made it easy for spontaneous activity ideas. The house is well located in the countryside of Stein am Rhein, and is very close to supermarkets. The railway station, Rhine river and old town are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The house itself is ideal for 4 people and a pet. All amenities are available, and the interior decor is great and thoughtful. The large garden is beautiful with many plants and trees. Our dog really enjoyed himself exploring around the garden. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und wieder komplett begeistert. Die Wohnung und die Anlage sind top gepflegt, sauber und noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Pool ist groß, angenehm warm (30 Grad) und zu jeder Tageszeit ein absolutes Highlight. Zusätzlich eine Runde entspannen im Whirpool und das Abschalten gelingt wie von selbst. Danke für die problemlose Abwicklung und die liebe und diskrete Gastfreundschaft. Unser 2. Aufenthalt in der Villa Tropica war wieder ein absolutes Highlight!

Prije svega, odličan i vrlo susretljiv domaćin. Riječima se ne može opisati sve što ovaj smještaj nudi. Smještaj nudi puno više nego što je na slikama prikazano, te je opremljen apsolutno svime što čovjeku može zatrebati. Najbolji smještaj do sada u kojemu smo odsjeli. Sigurno ćemo se vratiti :)

Krásný dům na krásném místě, vše bylo přesně dle popisu. Hostitelé byli přívětiví a ochotní. Můžeme vřele doporučit.

Wat een geweldig huis. Het is er vaak zo stil en als je al wat hoort zijn het vogels. Rust en natuur was alles wat we zochten. Ontbijten op het balkon met uitzicht op de herten. Wij hadden het geluk dat er jonge hertjes waren :) Huis was smetteloos en vol liefde ingericht

Nothing short of amazing! It was an absolute delight to stay at Steffi’s place for our 2nd year anniversary celebration and we were greeted by not just a friendly and cheerful host personally at the door but probably the most stunning view of any Airbnb we’ve stayed in! Steffi herself to the time to meet us, give us some very nice tips which added that much more to our experience of the area. The apartment was clean and everything was catered to so you had the feeling you were pampered all the time. Even though there is a bus connection, we were fortunate to be able to get there by car which made the place very accessible to us and helped us visit Bern and other cities quite easily. Although, a great hike is only a stone’s throw away with some wonderful trails already starting as you step out the door. We would give Steffi more than 5 stars if we could and would be more than happy to recommend her place! :)

Wir können uns eigentlich nur all den anderen Kommentaren anschließen. Im Lerchennest kann man sich rundum wohlfühlen, Jens ist immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich und proaktiv. Von Aach/Dornstetten kann man auch schnell viele Ausflugsziele im Schwarzwald erreichen und genießen. Die Tiere und die Sauna sind das i-Tüpfelchen für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The place was incredible with amazing screening experience. Claus was very helpful, gave amazing local recommendations, proactive. The airbnb was impeccable. Would recommend 100%. We would love to come back :)

Top Airbnb! Beautiful garden with so many places to chill, swimming in the river on a hot day was so refreshing and perfect to reset from city life. It’s very peaceful, the apartment has everything you need, very spacious, clean and cozy. Dorothee was super friendly, communicative and thoughtful, we enjoyed meeting her as well! All in all great place to get in the nature and recharge.

Unser Kurzaufenthalt in der Unterkunft war super, mitten in der Natur gelegen mit guter fussläufiger Anbindung in die Stadt. Die Unterkunft bietet alles um sich wohl zu fühlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Super schöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Hütte mit ganz vielen Highlights für die Kinder (Erdbeeren im Garten, Trampolin, Holzpferd, Fahrzeuge etc.). Der Kontakt mit Sonja und Mirco war immer super lieb und unkompliziert. In der Nähe kann man gut wandern und die Natur erkunden. Hatten zwar nur eine kurze, aber dafür sehr schöne Zeit in Sonja's und Mircos Hütte.

Idyllisch gelegene Unterkunft in sehr ruhiger Lage mitten in der Natur. Der Garten ist riesengroß und sehr gepflegt; es gibt eine Sauna, eine Hütte mit integriertem Grill und eine Outdoor-Feuerstelle sowie einen Pizzaofen, die man sich mit den Gästen der anderen Unterkunft teilt. Alles ist schön gerichtet und modern. Es steht ein eigener Whirlpool zur Verfügung, den wir nicht genutzt haben. Der Parkplatz ist sehr groß und direkt am Haus, eine Ladestation für Elektrofahrzeuge steht am Haus des Hosts nach Absprache zur Verfügung. Die Kommunikation ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell und Gillou ist sehr bemüht, ein tolles Erlebnis für seine Gäste zu bereiten. Die von ihm empfohlene Bäckerei Chez Jul‘ien in Brû ist großartig und es wird ein eigener Guide vorab zur Reiseplanung gesendet - super Service! Alles sieht aus, wie auf den Bildern, und das Haus ist liebevoll und hübsch eingerichtet. Besonderes Highlight war die niedliche Nachbarskatze. Ein toller Kurzurlaub!

me and my friends stayed here for a long weekend when visiting the nurburgring. we loved how peaceful and relaxing the place was. we would love to stay again next time

We hebben een geweldige tijd in de hut gehad. De plek en de hut zijn fantastisch en Rens en Elisa w af en super vriendelijk. Naast de prachtige omgeving en het mooie verblijf waren we erg blij met de houtkachel en de hottub die we tegen betaling konden gebruiken. Een top tijd gehad en helemaal opgeladen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Cabin, besonders gut hat uns die ruhige Lage aber auch die Nähe zu Maastricht gefallen. Die Cabin war total gemütlich und war bestens ausgestattet. Immer wieder gerne

Nous avons loué la maison de Liesbeth dans l’idée d’en faire notre « camp de base » pour 2-3 jours vélo dans l’Est de la Belgique. Et en fait, nous n’aurions pu mieux choisir : la maison, résultat d’une rénovation très réussie, est extrêmement agréable. Il s’en dégage une ambiance à la fois moderne et un peu scandinave. Elle est lumineuse, très bien équipée et, pour quatre, parfaitement comfortable (deux chambres doubles, avec chacune, leur évier et leur douche). Elle dispose d’une vue splendide, et les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables. Enfin, il est possible de ranger ses vélos à l’intérieur d’une petite cour fermée. Parfait donc ! Au-delà de cela, la maison dispose d’un emplacement privilégié pour les amateurs de randonnées ou - comme nous - de sorties vélo. D’abord, la Vennbahn est littéralement à deux coups de pédales ; mais il y a infiniment plus de possibilités, vers les Hautes-Fagnes, vers le lac de Butgenbach et l’Eiffel ou encore vers Malmédy ou vers Amblève. Un rêve .

This house was wonderful! So cozy and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen that made cooking easy. Erich was an incredibly helpful and responsive host. Felt just like home – perfect for a relaxing stay. I'd be back! Thank you!
