You will enjoy the charm of an old apartment in an ideal location with all the contemporary advantages. Breakfast, towels and bedding are included. Baby crib possible. It is not intended to accommodate more than 4 adults. Guests have access to the entire property. I am always available via email and phone. The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

"Le Bellavista" Located in Provence, in the village of Volonne, enjoy your stay to relax or practice hiking, trail running, or mountain biking in our beautiful 3-story house, just restored, with an area of approximately 60 m2 with 2 terraces (37 m2: 16 m2 + 21 m2). Composed of a small entrance leading to a spacious bathroom, a staircase leads to the living room, followed by a vaulted bedroom. A second staircase leads to the bright kitchen with access to the terraces.

CITR 008019-AGR-0007 Casa Novaro has three apartments, is 5 km from the center of Imperia, a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Imperia and Diano Marina. The apartment is located in a villa on a farm where we produce olives and bitter oranges. You will find it relaxing to stay at Casa Novaro because despite being a few km from the center it is located away from noise, in a natural environment with a beautiful view. My place is good for couples and families.

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

This charming studio is located in a former listed palace with private wooded park while being close to the city center, (10-minute walk from the SNCF/bus station, the Biovès Garden where the lemon festival takes place every year, the beaches and 10 km from Monaco and 4 km from Italy. Recently renovated, facing south, you can enjoy the tranquility of the place and the superb view from the studio balcony.
