FINCA ESCALANTE is a duplex house where we try to merge the beauty of its façade and romantic-style colors with a modern and functional interior. The ground floor is occupied by the garage for two cars. The 1st floor of 90m2, is made up of a large and comfortable kitchen open to the dining room and living room overlooking the property and a bedroom with a bathroom. The 2nd is made up of an open office, a bedroom with a bathroom and balcony and the main one with a dressing room, bathroom and terrace. Wi-Fi, TV in all rooms.

We have eight seats, three bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen and three bathrooms, as well as a beautiful patio, porch and 2000 m of enclosed and fenced land for pets, a barbecue and a beautiful swimming pool. Our cozy house is 15 km from Santiago in the middle of the Camino de la Plata, 300 meters from the last hostel. We are located on Pico Sacro (sacred peak) from where you can see the entire region. Ideal for enjoying nature, tranquility, and a perfect location for excursions.

The property sits proudly above the coastal path just a stone’s throw from the ocean and a charming little beach. The larger beach of Casa Boa is only a 5 m walk from the house.
