This fabulous watermill stood empty and abandoned until it was recently fully restored and converted into a beautiful, comfortable home. Enjoy listening to the quiet rustling of the river while you drift off to sleep. The house sits on over a hectare of land and is extremely private, yet it has the convenience of being only a 2 minute drive to the local restaurant and a 5 minute drive the beaches and to the nearest village where you can find everything you need.

Portonovo is just a 10-minute walk away and Sanxenxo is a 5-minute drive away. The house is equipped for 14-15 people. It has three double bedrooms, two triple, one double and an extra bed.
