It’s an amazing airbnb, very clean, great interior, the surroundings are tropical and the view from the location is insane! Highly advise this airbnb to everyone when visiting Padang. The location itself is on a hill, but that makes it so special. Because it’s 200 m above sea-level you don’t need an AC which is very convenient for sleeping. And then as well the staff is so so so kind! Very carrying and making sure you are having a good time. There is also an option the get a ‘homemade’ dinner prepared with many options on a menu, we did that the first day and we felt immidiately at home. Overall, we loved it!!!

Lovely traditional home stay with friendly hosts and delicious Padang meals. We got to experience rice planting, watching how Rendang is made, finding cinnamon and cocoa trees and seeing the kids fish for our dinner from the pond. The village is very scenic with pretty gardens by the rice paddies, framed by high peaks and a view of stunnning Mt Marapi and its daily puffs of volcanic smoke. We learn a lot about local culture and it is close to caves and other interesting sights

Great stay in this traditional, clean and spacious house. Great location and easy to find. Hot water available. May be a little warm in the middle of the day.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Ekas bungalow! Amazing view of the lake it was so peaceful. The restaurant a short walk away was great right on the lake. Eka very kindly offered us his kayaks and paddle board which was great. We did a motorbike trip around the lake too would recommend. Overall highly recommend, we loved the bungalow, location and very friendly host.

easy to find place, clean house condition

The place is beautiful with a view of the ganang mountain, close to the city.. also close to interesting places, spacious parking.. there's a cafe, there's a surau.. overall everything is ok, the atmosphere is rural and suitable for large families. Only the air conditioning is not cold, but at night.. the air conditioning doesn't need to be turned on, the night atmosphere is quite cool. Suitable for large families who want peace. Add a fan on the balcony & if possible a freezer to store food.
