It is a simpler neighborhood. But there are good houses around the property. The house was renovated and modern, everything was great. A good kitchen, good bathroom and 3 excellent size bedrooms. Our stay was great.

Detinha was a very affectionate and receptive lady, she made us feel at ease and at home, the house is familiar and has details that delight, impeccable cleanliness and items of use available. I will return more often without a doubt.

Our stay was excellent! The house is very clean, well cared for and offers a great structure for those who want to rest in comfort. The location is privileged, close to the city center, which greatly facilitates access to local commerce. The kitchen is fully equipped, ready for use. It is necessary to carry only the seasonings and ingredients, as pans and utensils are all available, in great condition. Ideal for those who like to prepare their own meals. The view is wonderful and contributes to the feeling of tranquility. The rooms are large, well ventilated and very comfortable. The bathrooms also deserve to be highlighted: modern, clean and functional. One point of attention is that the house has three flights of stairs, which may be a factor to consider for older people or people with reduced mobility. Other than that, the experience was impeccable. We recommend it for sure.

The Loft is very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay, the hosts were friendly and receptive, it is very close to the small city center with easy access to a bakery, supermarket, restaurants and more…

Everything is sensational and impeccable, there is a place that is not boring, several activities, things to do, games and places to relax (for those who have children it is wonderful), there is delivery and commerce nearby, the neighborhood is extremely quiet, too good! Maicon was super helpful and kind, and gave all the instructions correctly. It was wonderful, I'm already looking forward to being able to return soon!

Perfect house, much better and more beautiful than in the photos! The only suggestion is to include bed linen and towels, then you could include the washing of the items in the accommodation fee. Because it takes up a lot of space in the car. We each came in our own car because of this. But overall, everything is perfect, the house is wonderful, great space, all complete. I want to go back!

Absolutely beautiful place with the best view! The location offers easy access to great restaurants and scenic running tracks. The building is secure and safe, with controlled access, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Our host, Lorena was wonderful and very responsive to any questions or needs.
