The studio has a private entrance and on site parking for 1 car. A full private bathroom is connected to the studio. Wifi and workspace suitable for remote working.Guests can access a large downstair's lanai with tropical gardens and an ocean view. A perfect place to relax Hawaiian style! Country Guest Home

(REF TAX ID TA005-218-0480-01) Enjoy time in a small (384 sq ft) self-contained guest shack with full kitchen in a rural setting. If you don't find the sound of coqui frogs at night obtrusive to your sleep, then this space would be suitable. While you will have privacy, my dad stays in the main house in case you need assistance in person. We are located at about 100 foot of elevation which provides for relatively cooler nights.

Hilo Town on the Water

This property sits on Kalanianaole Park which is on Hilo Bay. The Ice Pond is next door and connects to the ocean. Close to town, just 2 miles from the airport close to shopping and restaurants. We are in a busy area and there is noise but the location is convenient and the house is well equipped. If you are sensitive to noise this is not your house. If you want charm on the ponds of Hilo this is your house!

Situated on the beautiful Hamakua coast just 5 minutes from downtown Hilo with beach access to Honolii several minutes away and the beautiful beaches of Hilo, 15 minutes away. There are many waterfalls nearby, as well two volcano’s and the summit of Mauna Kea, all within an hour!

This extraordinary property is across the street from Hilo beaches, with multiple Ka Wai Ola, (Living Springs). Ocean views and the sweet sound of waves breaking. There are pristine ponds on the property where you can swim and lounge in privacy. A new security system looks out from the house to the grounds and street beyond. No cameras see the house or lanai.
