Great location when visiting University of South Carolina. Within walking distance of all the 5 Points businesses as well as campus.

The apartment was very well located and had easy parking. Although it was close to many restaurants and a brewery, it did not feel noisy or unsafe. The bathroom is small but functional. Would definitely recommend!

Kim is an amazing host. Communication is excellent and she goes out of her way to make sure your stay is perfect. Her condo is beautiful! We love the old building and pool and the surrounding neighborhood is beautiful.

We had a nice long weekend here for My daughters’s graduation from USC. The place is fabulous. Very well appointed, comfortable, and extremely spacious. In the middle of down town Columbia with easy access to shops, restaurants, and bars. Really a fantastic Airbnb and recommend it highly. We communicated mostly with Pam who was very responsive and provided very clear instructions for checking in. No complaints.

Great stay. As others have noted, the bed is high. Possibly challenging for people with mobility issues. But the place is really nice, and it’s in a great location. Plenty of conveniences nearby and easy access to other parts of the metro.

I felt right at home here for my extended stay. I had absolutely everything I needed and more. The back yard was perfect for my pups and Robin was so easy to reach. Highly recommended!

It was such a pleasant stay. The place is quiet and peaceful. There’s a little lake around the neighborhood that is nice to walk around and enjoy the nature. The host is super nice and is very responsive on any possible problems. Everything was clean and tidy. All necessary supplies and amenities are provided with extras. Definitely recommend for anyone that want to travel for short term or for long term stay. It is absolutely worth it. Would come again myself if I ever want to enjoy all the awesomeness!

Came to town late in the evening with no where pre-booked to stay. Found their listing with great reviews and so I dropped them a line to see if they had any availability. This condo was clean, modern, and beautifully designed, everything felt cozy and upscale. The location was unbeatable, just steps from campus with convenient parking. Great Condo near William Brice Stadium. Easy to get to and secure parking. Had everything I needed for my stay for my son's commencement.

Excellent stay and hosts were very accommodating to our needs. We were in town for USC graduation and it was such a great place to escape for a few hours of rest in between events. Beautiful surroundings, my husband and kids used the kayaks and really enjoyed the time in the lake.

Jeff and Elizabeth are great hosts! They made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we walked through the door. They made fresh bread and had it waiting for us, along with an invite to a community event. Elizabeth and Jeff are lovely people and made us feel right at home. My teenage son told me to definitely book with them again next time I’m in town.
