The home sleeps 10 and has AC. Kids play areas both inside and out. Eight acres to explore. Electricity is all solar. Winter accessible.

This apartment is in the outskirts of Logan but only a 15 min. drive to the heart of Logan UT. The location is has a 360 degree view of the valley! The sunsets are breathe taking. We usually rent it when we are not home or my kids are in school. My family and 5 kids live in the 2 floors above so there WILL be pitter patter of feet when they are home. We renovated the apartment with new flooring and countertops. We know you will enjoy this apartment and it’s location as much as we do!

Our home is 100% smoke free so I’m sorry we can’t accommodate groups with smokers. The entire walk out basement with a private entrance is yours to enjoy. We are close to two ski resorts, Birch Creek Golf Course and beautiful mountains and canyons. Located in a peaceful neighborhood. Play during the day and relax at night in our state of the art theater room with 12 recliners. The full kitchen and large living area is the perfect area to kick back and relax.

The location is central to town and so easy to get to and from anywhere in Preston. The rooms were all spotless and so gorgeous when we arrived. Millie was flexible with arrival times where my husband’s job does not have a set ending time. She also set a pack n play out for us after noticing we had small children. The thoughtfulness, cleanliness and sincerity mad our trip a wonderful experience!

I really appreciated all the details to make our stay comfortable and access to cleaning supplies. From extra toothbrushes to fabric softener sheets and everything in between. Compared to other places that our group rented out Maele’s place was very clean and tidy. We would definitely stay again.

We felt very at home & enjoyed the patio for mornings & evenings. It was wonderful to have access to the garage during our stay because we brought several bikes & they were safe inside.

I feel grateful to Paris that he has opened up his land for folks to stay, it is quite breathtaking. It feels open and private all at once. There were other campers down the hill (that shared the outhouse) and it still felt totally private. The house was equipped with headlamps, batteries, firewood, extra sleeping bags, doggie bags, fire starter, bottled water… we felt well taken care of. I recommend taking a few hours to go to maple grove hot springs which is ~35 minutes away…not only because it’s a great resort, but because the drive is also gorgeous and you get a better sense of scenery you are amongst. We can’t wait to come back.
