Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Richmond

We really enjoyed our stay at Mister Montague. The property itself is beautifully renovated, and has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. We were especially impressed by the kitchen, which has pretty much everything you could possibly need, making it very much a home away from home. Kim herself was a great host - responsive to questions and very thoughtful and generous about accommodating the needs of our young family. The location is very convenient for South Melbourne Market and just a short tram ride away from Melbourne’s main attractions. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Eva’s place is in a great location and was a perfect place for our family of 6. We really appreciated the kindling and firewood that was supplied ahead of a wet and cold weekend in Melbourne. The fire is very easy to light and heats the space beautifully. Thank you 😊

This house is located in the CBD zone near to everything 1 minute to free tram zone. This is a unique house with high ceilings. very recommend for anyone who love large living room :)

Viana went above and beyond to make our trip so special. From the delicious fresh bread and treats to the steam presser fresh ice in the freezer Parking pass for the Grand Prix Transport cards and very comprehensive local knowledge Everything was beautifully set up for us and we couldn’t have been more impressed. Wow, their home is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Stunning finishes and the way you just feel right at home. Jacqueline really has a beautiful touch with her styling. Jacqueline is super lovely, an absolute delight to deal with. We are truly so grateful for her having us into her home for our wedding morning. Loved my stay here! The apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt really welcoming. The host was very proactive and easy to communicate with, which made everything so smooth. The location was perfect too as its in a lively area with heaps to do and so many options for places to eat. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Would 100% stay again!

Our stay at Paul & Dan’s place was excellent. The layout of the apartment and all the finishes and furnishings were top quality, making our stay very comfortable. We were able to spread within the apartment, which was great for a group. We were in easy walking distance to a variety of cafes, shopping and public transport. The fireplace was a welcome touch for the cold Melbourne weather! Very much enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend.

Peter has been by far the most accommodating and responsive host we've ever had. Nothing was too much trouble – even last-minute requests like parking were handled quickly and without fuss. We extended our stay twice, and each time it was a breeze thanks to Peter’s clear and friendly communication. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed to comfortably fit our family of five. Our kids especially loved the indoor pool facilities – a real bonus! The location is absolutely perfect for getting around – Southern Cross Station is within 500 metres, and there are tram stops just a block away, making public transport super convenient. If I had to nitpick, the only thing missing was an oven tray, but that’s a very minor thing in what was an overall fantastic stay. I’ll definitely be booking again!

Great space with all you need for a Melbourne stay where you want to be in amongst all the city has to offer and be out and about exploring each day from a central location. Neat and tidy and big enough for two without feeling crowded even though a studio size with the amenities one needs whether for a night or a week. We will be back!!

Loved the whole package. Location was amazing with walks to the beach, the local market on Sunday, some lovely shops to browse through. So close to lots of ‘must see’ activities. The unit was spot on with amenities that went over and above. The comfort of the beds was high along with lovely linen and quilts that meant our winter nights were incredibly comfortable. The additional kitchen grocery items and condiments were very much appreciated as a touch above when comparing to other places we have stayed. We could watch the replay of the football - winner. The communication was very comprehensive. Access was no problem, advice on parking appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful location, easy to find, close to town but far enough out to be peaceful. So thoughtfully set up and absolutely more stunning than the pictures. Stayed with a group of friends and we had an absolute divine time. Enough space for everyone to hang out and plenty of everything we needed for a gorgeous weekend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avila. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing short break. The location is literally a short walk of 5 minutes to the beach. Summer was very easy to deal with and the instructions regarding the premises were clearly outlined in the house manual.

Best place we’ve ever stayed at. Private location but short distance drive to living essentials. My partner and I had a great time there for our getaway, had the chance to fully utilize amenities e.g. spa, pool table, etc. Most importantly, Steve is responsive and friendly and genuinely cares about making sure his guests have a good time. He made sure everything was prepared with clear instructions. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Ria's place. The house is exactly like the photos, beautiful, luminous and well equiped. It has everything you need (even an office!). There were six of us (grandparents and 2 kids) and we had an amazing time. Ria was lovely to interact with and very responsive. We would love to come back! Thank you Ria!!
