Luxurious five star, two storey apartment approximately 70m2 situated in a traditional old Mediterranean style house which is located in a small marina. Fully renovated in 2016, located on the 2nd floor with a separate enterance. Apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, master bedroom with hot tub in the loggia. The kitchen is fully equipped, e.g. washing machine and dish washer. Moreover you can drink your morning coffee on my balcony and enjoy the sea view. I am subletting my private apartment when I am not in Rijeka. Therefore I ask you to leave the apartment as you found it.
