Skamdalen – simple cabin by road, alone in the woods

Welcome to a simple cabin in Skamdalen. Here you live without electricity or a water supply system, and with great nature right outside. The cabin is suitable for those who want to relax and enjoy the silence. The cabin contains: – Bedroom with bunk bed (120 cm width down, 75 cm width up) – Extra mattress available - Wood burning – Kitchen with gas stove and kitchen utensils – Outdoor toilet – Water is collected from streams or rivers – Some mobile signal – Parking below the cabin Pillows, duvets and clean bed linen are available in the cabin, or use your own sleeping bag.

Summer/winter just as good. Ica is open every day all year round. Summer trails, skiing, alpine, scooter. Fishing and swimming. Two bedrooms suitable for family or 4 adults. Bunk bed in each room. Double lower bunk. Additional price for adults, NOK 650 per person per night. Children free. A camp bed can also be placed in one of the rooms at an additional cost. The house is located by E10, nice patio, good parking. Train station, grocery store and restaurant within walking distance. Spectacular train ride to Narvik city in Norway, about 50 min. train ride.

Cozy cabin located just north of Narvik city center. Proximity to lake (2 min walk), undisturbed, and great outdoor area. By the lake there is little light pollution, which provides good opportunities to see the northern lights! There are two bedrooms, with a total of 5 beds. WiFi, wood burning and combustion toilet. No running water, but we provide water for washing, as well as drinking water. Short distance to Narvik city centre, Narvikfjellet and Evenes airport. Den egner seg også godt for familier. Det er tre soverom. Soverom 1 har en dobbeltseng og en enkeltseng. Soverom 2 har en dobbeltseng. Soverom 3 har to dobbeltsenger. Bad 1 har toalett og dusj. Bad 2 har toalett og badekar. Kjøkkenet er godt utstyrt.

Lovingly furnished with drift wood and natural materials the cabins accommodate five to six people. We have a sauna near the river (additional for 450NOK). Our three cozy log cabins „Helge Ingstad Hytte“, „Eivind Astrup Hytte” and "Wanny Woldstad Hytte" are all to rent on Airbnb.
