You will be a 2-minute walk from the school park, a 5-minute walk from the hospital center, the Premier Tech center and Lafontaine Street (Bars, restaurants, etc.). The apartment is on the second floor which gives you a beautiful view of the river and the city of Rivière-du-Loup. I am the owner-occupant of this Duplex, so easily reachable. Due to its elevated location, you can admire stunning sunsets that are different every night and a 180-degree starry sky. Sea-level residence

Really spectacular site. This accommodation is located in the basement. A large window in the kitchen provides light but not a view of the river. You can, however, go out into the yard and have direct access to a long walk along the waterfront. Close to many activities (garden, museum, hiking, skiing). We are on the arts route, lots of art galleries, a few restaurants and bistros and a craft brewery. (no304573)
