Waterfront holiday rentals in Rio de Janeiro/Zona Norte

Bruno is an awesome dude. And Leblon is my favorite nbhd in Rio. Casually sophisticated. This location was perfect for our family of three. 3rd floor Apartment is huge. Lots of space to move around. Apartment is clean and offered everything we were looking for. On a safe and clean block, 24 hour doorman and security, quieter accessible beach across the street and a view of the beach and 2 brothers from the living room. It’s a short walk or taxi to some of the best dining options in Rio. Bruno is a solid host. Always responsive. Gave us great recommendations and went out of his way to make things easy for us. He was like having a private concierge who genuinely enjoys sharing his city with tourists. I’d highly recommend this property and the host.

The apartment is even better in person than in photos. We were very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable, the pool has incredible views and the bathrooms are spectacular. We have been very happy these days.

The apartment is amazing, better than the pictures. Very large and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We like to cook and we loved doing it at this place because of the convenience and the variety of utensils available, from wine glasses to lots of pans and cutlery. The view is unparalleled, with the beach and the sea in every room. Dora was an excellent host, attentive, friendly and respectful. The apartment is full of practical and tasteful details. We strongly recommend.

The stay in Luciana's apartment was perfect. The location is excellent, the view is even more amazing than the photos. The apartment is very complete and very clean. We felt at home. An important detail is that the beach avenue (in front of the building) is quite busy, so the noise of cars and horns is constant. But nothing that impacts the stay and the breathtaking view.

Arno & Igor have applied their attention, creative talent, and care to creating a beautiful oasis in busy and exciting Rio. The view is so incredible that even our local friends couldn’t stop commenting on it and snapping photos. The layout and design carefully considers how to make effective use of the apartment resulting in a comfortable stay where we felt at home immediately. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedrooms private. I stayed here with a friend/colleague during a project we were working on together and it was a wonderful place for us to collaborate and have as a base for our time in Rio. Urca was the perfect place to stay with beaches, food, grocery, and walking distance to significant sites and landmarks. In a busy city this little community was safe and walkable. Even as a solo female traveller I felt comfortable on my own, which elsewhere in Rio is definitely not recommended/the case. Stay here, you will be so glad you did.

We loved spending time in this place and getting to know Rio life, the loft has an incredible view, it was super well organized, cozy, clean. Our hostess is very careful. The neighborhood is wonderful, you can walk quietly in the Flamengo landfill and in the surroundings that have markets, restaurants, pharmacy super close We love it very much and we certainly hope to return Thanks for everything

I spent two nights at Maria's residence and they were the two best nights I've had in the last few months. Sleeping, waking up and starting the day with a view like this absurdly improves a person's mood. Paz defines the place. I went with my girlfriend and we both loved the experience. I am very grateful to both hosts for being willing to accommodate and understand our stay.

My stay at Bianca's house was simply perfect! The place is wonderful, super well located and super comfortable. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, which made my experience even more pleasant. Giant house, ideal for our trip that was a bachelorette party. Comportou super well all the women hosted! Very well organized house, large and clean rooms, comfortable. Room with the kitchen, with a large space, even a couple sleeping on the couch. Fully equipped kitchen, barbecue area with freezer, large table. We had no problems with the boat to make the crossing at any time, nor at dawn. I just remembered to take repellent, as it is on an island, it has a lot of muriçoca.

I loved my stay, it was an amazing weekend and I can't wait to return. House is exactly like in the pictures, the view is even better! Comércios next to the house, snack bars,I particularly ordered at ifood which also delivers. My communication with Maria Fernanda was great, I responded quickly and I had no problems!

Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

My stay was wonderful, a pity that was short-lived. The location is perfect. The amazing view and the super cozy and spacious apartment. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super family, with clear information and good communication between the employees. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need like: market, bakery, gym… I liked a lot and didn't want to leave kkk for sure I will be back. I am grateful to Ana for all information and availability.

Alexandre is simply the perfect host, always helpful before, during and even after check-outs. The apartment itself was impeccable. Everything was perfect, from cleaning to check-in and check-out. It is basically down to the beach so the location could not be better. I enjoyed my 14 days there and will most likely come back
