Full of affectionate details and super well located: 250 meters from the beach (and the new boardwalk where there is a beautiful sunset); 300 meters from the two main avenues; and 400 meters from the Guanabara Supermarket. The House is in the back, has a barbecue and shares the patio with another house, where I live with my dog Simba, a very gentle and sociable Golden Retriever. The apartment is very well located, bright, airy and equipped. It is close to restaurants, squares, pharmacies, markets, shops and the beach. With garage, elevator, split air-conditioning, TV, Sky, internet, gas shower, washing machine. Kitchen equipped with microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, water filter, toaster, blender and other utensils. It has 24/7 security cameras and security in the building from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The elevator operates and the building's doors open only with a coded tag.

You will be about 30 meters from the beach dunes, being able to go by car on the road or on foot cutting through the dunes, the view is incredible, especially in the morning and sunset. The house is modern and has everything you need to make the most of your stay. A place to relax, wake up to the birds singing, take a nap in the hammock and recharge with a beautiful dip in the sea. If you come to work, there is a special place with a comfortable chair and 300Mb wifi.
