We are located 5 minutes from downtown Bariloche, in front of Melipal Beach on Lake Nahuel Huapi, 50 meters from a supermarket, service station, kiosk, and 3 restaurants. An unbeatable location if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of the city, but close to all the tourist attractions. Bustillo is the main tourist avenue, where the renowned Circuito Chico begins. The apartment is modern, functional, with a fully-equipped kitchen, and is very quiet.

All services and attractions such as restaurants, bars, shopping malls, chocolate shops, ice cream parlors, etc. are within walking distance of the apartment. The property is modernly equipped, spacious, quiet and very private.

Bright loft apartment with magnificent view of the hills and forest. It has a hotel table which allows you to use the double or twin mode. Located in a forested estate with native greenery. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, providing great tranquility to the place. The area is very safe and is a few blocks from the full shopping center and public transportation. To access the apartment you have to go up one floor by staircase. It has a garage and grill.
