The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's room with a trundle bed and the possibility to set up an extra travel bed. The house is therefore suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 young children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch on the back of the house. Gas grill on the porch. Plenty of parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

Plassen har badestrand, bassengområde, butikk, minigolf, lekeplass, fotballbinge, volleyballbane, båtutleie. Kort tur til Risør sentrum. Mye gøy å finne på i nærområdet. Toalett i campingvogn benyttes ikke. Fint sanitæranlegg og bassengområde rett bak vognen. Håndkler og sengetøy må medbringes. Utvask utføres av gjestene

Nice, newly renovated apartment in an old skipper's house on Solsiden by the inner harbor in Risør city center. Fully furnished with modern kitchen and bathroom, bedroom with 2 beds/double bed and sofa bed (140 cm wide) in the living room. You have to pass the bedroom to go into the bathroom. Central location with short walking distance to the city's shops and restaurants, and with nice hiking terrain, small beach and playground just meters away. Patio with garden furniture and parking.

Holiday fun at the lakefront Båtbu1960

Beautiful summer place by the water - in the middle of Sørlandsidyllen! Only 3h drive from Oslo and 15 min to Tvedestrand town with all amenities. The boathouse was built in 1960, with a boat garage and a small part where you could spend the night. Today it is still used as a boat garage and boat storage in the winter. The rental part was upgraded, most recently in 2019. Direct exit from the kitchen to nice terraces, small sandy beach and jetty. Evening sun and sun all day!

Hytta ligger på Øysang, like ved Jegertunet feriesenter hvor man kan benytte badebasseng og tennisbaner mot betaling, Fra hytta er det også om lag ti minutters gange til brygga hvor Øysangferga går over til Risør sentrum. Det er ikke også bare en kort kjøretur til svabergene på Stangnes og Portør.
