It is not far to fishing waters with the possibility to rent a boat. Short distances to southern towns, 30 min. to both Kragerø, Risør and Tvedestrand. 10 min. to Brokelandsheia with the popular Lille Dyrehagen, and "Sørlandets answer to the Swedish border", Eurospar Brokelandsheia. Idyllic small cottage near the waterfront. Simple standard with double bed with foam mattress. There is no door on this unit, only a "awning" to close with. Outside area with fire pan, table and bench. The cabin has windows in the roof so that you can lie and watch the starry sky. Here you wake up to a fantastic view of the sunrise over Skarvann. Firewood is not included with the fire pan, it is possible to buy it here if you want.

Der er det også gassgrill. Et eldorado for dyreelskere og friluftsinteresserte. Skog, vann og fjell. Taxibåt til Lyngør med fler. 15 min kjøring til Tvedestrand, med 5 ulike matbutikker, og gratis utendørs badeland. 4 min til nærbutikk.

Summer house right by the sea

Fantastisk beliggenhet på et lite skjær med utsikt ut over Sørfjorden. Egen strand to meter fra hyttens vestside. Leier bruker stranden som er på høyre siden for hytten, når en ser mot havet, altså vest for hytten. Stranden øst for hytten skal ikke benyttes av leietager. Skjermet uteplass på platting ved hytten, med hagemøbler og grill.

HAMMERLIA 36 is a modern cabin that holds a full-year standard and is located about 100 meters from the sea. The cottage area has its own sandy beach with a barbeque area and a children's playground. A great place to relax or to participate in activities and experiences. In the middle of summer, the sun is up until 21.30 o'clock.
