A cute and cosy modernised cottage with hot tub surrounded by fields and with a beautiful river at the bottom of the garden. The house is well situated and has a spacious patio and lawn, enclosed garden with access to walks up the river and other beautiful local areas. A good base to strike out for West Coast and Highlands. We recently added a twin room in addition to our double en-suite and king bedrooms. The accommodation comprises of one king size bed, a double-sofa bed, electric heating, electric stove, luxurious shower room and a welcome basket with local produce. No smoking indoors, pet friendly on request.

A 5 minute drive from the idyllic village of Drumnadrochit and Loch Ness. ‘Evelyn’ ‘Rose’ and ‘Violet’cabins are ideal for those seeking a relaxing retreat with glorious views and, fantastic nearby walks. Complete with a covered outdoor decking area, housing an eco fuel burning hot tub (The hot tub will be up to temperature about 1.5 hours after your arrival, having you switched it on!)and BBQ.

Two Bedroom Cottage Located just outside the village of Kiltarlity. Loch ness is only a 20 Minute drive and Inverness is 30 Minutes. The Cottage is comfortable and clean, with a seating area outside and the optional extra of the wood fired Hot Tub looking over the panoramic views. Quiet, secluded and peaceful yet perfect as a base for exploring the Highlands of Scotland. Perfect for a short relaxing break for couples or families.

Juniper Hut 500

Wood lined hut set in woodland in a peaceful location with a pond nearby but with easy access to Inverness, North Coast 500 and the west coast. It has spectacular views of Ben Wyvis where the sun sets at night. This is a new hut we have built next door to our Red Hut 500 which has been so successful but it has the benefit of a small kitchen. The Hot tub is booked separately and paid for on arrival, the hot tub is £25 per night.

The Auld Reekie is a adults only accommodation. Former salmon smoke house offering a truly unique and quirky accommodation. Perched on the edge of a barley field overlooking the Cromarty Firth surrounded by nature. Enjoy the views from your private hot tub under the stars. The Smokehouse has a minimum stay of 2 nights so you can truly experience what this luxurious and unique accommodation has to offer.
