It has its own entrance, mini kitchen, double bedroom and en-suite shower room We are in a quiet yet convenient and walkable location for the beaches, coast path, Castle, shops, restaurants & bars in the village of Mumbles. There is free private parking directly outside the house and we are within a 10 min walk of Mumbles village in one direction and the beaches in the other direction.

Lots of other free activities on-site. We bought our holiday home in 2022 to create great memories for our family. We spent 5 months renovating the property inside and out with everything brand new and we are very proud of the home we have made. We ensure the property is always immaculately kept.
