The host was very friendly and responsive. The home felt nice and cozy and we like how they had a lot of books and games for kids. We recommend staying here at Leanne’s place :) also the jacuzzi was amazing.

The place was absolutely beautiful, one of the best AirBnbs we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in a lot!! The place was decorated and furnished to a high standard and had everything you needed. The hot tub was such fun. Randy was very friendly and engaging. Would definitely recommend

To say everything about our stay at Connie’s cottage would be an understatement! There are so many things I can check off my expectations list with flying colors. Beautiful, safe and quiet neighborhood; private parking; charming cottage, extremely well stocked kitchen with quality wares and appliances; cozy, comfy furniture; plenty of extra blankets and linens; beds to get a great sleep in; THE GROUNDS!!! oh my!; the pool inviting and clean; magical evening lighting and a front porch to enjoy it all on! Connie is incredibly accommodating with graciousness and sincerity. I can’t wait to return for my annual tradition of grandkids (only) retreat. Thank you Connie!

Staying at the Cozy Cottage was an amazing experience! I booked the cabin for a weekend trip as a Valentine’s Day present, and our stay there was perfect. Mary Ann & Chuck were both very helpful, they guided us to an alternate route to the cabin to avoid an icy/snowy hill, and made sure we got there okay. As far as the cabin itself goes, there’s really nothing bad to say. The heaters upstairs and downstairs work great, and they work fast. You don’t need to go above 68° to really feel warm. The water pressure & heat in the shower is great, the bathroom’s immaculately clean, and very well-themed! The master bedroom is also very well put together. Everything is labeled, but non-obstructively; you only see them when you need them! We made sure to follow the guide & instructions in welcome packet & introductory e-mail, and we had no questions. Check-out was very flexible, and the amenities are amazing. Make sure to sign the guest book if you visit :) 10/10!!

We had a great stay! The house was clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We also appreciated how many clean towels were available. The hosts were super friendly easy to get ahold of and Matt even shipped us some clothing items we forgot!

Jaime and Liz’s Airbnb is a tremendous location and getaway for anybody who enjoys proximity and a view of the Pacific Ocean in Laguna Niguel. Their description is spot-on accurate. They are also wonderful owners and very accommodating. We will definitely return.

The home was perfect for our family Christmas. Our kids loved the outdoor fire pit and board games. Home was perfectly described as an antique home with very a lot of detail in the home still. We will definitely be booking again

Kelly’s house is beautiful my family and I loved it very peaceful. The view is amazing. House is exactly like the pictures kitchen/bathroom was fully stocked. I would definitely book again.

Our most recent visit was our third stay at Kristin and Richard’s place. We love the location. Great for visiting the entire Pasadena and LA area. Their place has tons of character and many thoughtful touches. Kristin and Richard are very friendly and super responsive.

Cindy's cozy cottage was exactly as we expected and worked perfectly for two adults and our dog. It was very easy to find and access. The cottage looks exactly like the pictures and was a very short walk to the village and many restaurants. It was also a short drive to the trailhead of the hike we chose to do on the north side of the lake. Cindy graciously allowed us a late check out which we very much appreciated. We would stay again!

Ed was a great host. The house was beautiful and fully stocked with everything you could think of, even Qtips in the bathroom and a dog bowl for my pup! Beds were comfy and house was very clean - yard was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Cali weather. Can’t wait to rent again!

This is such a beautiful cottage! I needed space to get away for a little bit and this place was a dream. The surroundings were beautiful and the cottage had everything we needed in case we just wanted to relax in the cabin. We got to explore the area a bit and hike some. Very much recommend! Would love to come back again.

Super nice and super clean place to stay. Exactly as described. Questions and requests were immediately addressed. (We needed a 3rd chair, it was brought directly on request.) Super friendly. Only the neighbor's dogs are pretty loud. If we come to Los Angeles again, we will come directly again

Great location if you are visiting Lake Arrowhead. It’s less than 5 minutes to get to the village that has most of the restaurants. Lake Gregory is also about 15 minutes away. Great space for our family of 4. Cassidy was very responsive and gave great details about our stay.

This house is beautiful and just steps to the beach. The house is completely updated and very clean! The cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. And the bed and pillows were so comfortable. We felt right at home from the minute we arrived. The location of this house is the best part. It is located steps from not just the beach, but from the grocery store, coffee shops, tons of restaurants and the best Newport has to offer. We hit up several of their recommendations and loved them all. Everything was so close that we didn’t use our car the entire week. Don’t hesitate to book this rental. We can’t wait to come back. We enjoyed our stay! Everything matched the description and very clear instructions. Location was great, parking is always hard to find in Laguna so being able to get the Trolley from right outside was so convenient and nice to get around. It is on PCH so you do hear cars at night which we didn’t mind, we were still able to sleep with no issues. One thing to keep in mind is because there is no AC, the place does get really warm. We thought we would be fine because the weather wasn’t too bad but we came back to it being really stuffy. We had to open the windows to let the fresh breeze and it was okay after that. Overall loved the place and location, definitely recommend for anyone staying in Laguna Beach!

Beautiful cabin in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Felt like home as soon as you walk in. very cozy, clean and had all the amenities. The double-deck was absolutely fantastic, you could eat breakfast and bath in the sun on the top level or relax in the shade on the lower level if the sun got too hot. There are hiking trails with a beautiful view of the lake just .5 miles from the cabin. The surrounding area is walkable too if you feel like staying closer to home. If you need anything, there are shops and things to do just 5min up the road. And if you want to hit the lake, the town is only a quick 10min drive. Yvette was quick to respond and was a great source of information if you need it. I will definitely be returning soon.

Natalie was an amazing host! She truly thought of everything to make our stay comfortable, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The peaceful porch was a wonderful spot to enjoy morning coffee, lunch, or just relax, and being just steps from the beach made the experience even better. The location was perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. We will definitely be back! Lori N.

The cabin was clean and as described/pictures. It was a great location close to the lake and good sledding spots. The rooms are spacious, the water was hot and the wifi was strong. Would recommend staying here for sure! I give my highest ratings but think it's worth noting for future guests that (as pictured) there is only a table for 4 people. There are extra chairs but a coffee table or something other than the high bar would be nice with a group of 6+. The kitchen is stocked but missing some essentials (like salt and pepper). Also, when we arrived the heat was off and it was 42* in the cabin which took nearly 24 hours to get to a comfortable temperature and upstairs never really got very warm. There were enough blankets to keep us warm at night though. Also, we ended up with an extra $25 charge for "wasted power usage" which I'm not sure what that's about. Overall we had a lovely time and would like to return!
