The apartment has a kitchenette with 4 burner stove and electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with ample freezer space, iron and ironing board. It is also equipped with dishes and everything you need for cooking. The heating is autonomous with an LPG boiler. In the living room there is a heat pump for heating in winter and cooling in summer Gas is not included in the price and is paid on site based on consumption. Each apartment has its own meter. In winter the cost of gas for heating and hot water can be €15 or €20 per day.
