I rarely leave reviews because I’m usually too busy, but Ludmila’s place was truly exceptional. It’s modern, spotlessly clean, and felt like a home away from home. Thoughtful touches like the Nespresso machine with capsules and a great selection of cooking utensils really stood out. I also don’t usually fall asleep easily, but the bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable—some of the best I’ve experienced.

Her place is very contemporary and spacious. We enjoyed the location and appreciated all of the nice touches. It was bright and very comfortable. I would stay even longer next time.

We had a great time in Barga! The accommodation is very centrally located in Barga with many great restaurants nearby, that was great! Eleonora was always easy to reach and very helpful. The apartment is stylish and beautifully furnished. Glad to come back :)

It was very nice from beginning to end. Catherine greeted us very warmly and was very warm. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. The surroundings as well as the accommodation were very nice. The view priceless.

We loved our stay at kateylanas! It was very spacious. Air conditioning in the rooms and I got to know Agnese and she was a very friendly and accommodating host. We ended up staying there another night because we loved La spezia so much. It was even very nice to wash our clothing!!

First let's start with Martina. We have rented homes countless times, had many hosts, but Martina stands above all. So responsive and helpful before, during and after our visit. She is truly special. The apartment is very special as well. We truly appreciate older buildings that have been thoughtfully, respectfully updated with quality construction and amenities. This apartment is that. And the views---wow, wow, wow. If you enjoy a peaceful setting among fields and vineyards, comfortable lodging and a super great host, this one is not to be missed. We hated having to leave, truly hope we are able to return some day. Thank you, Martina and family for sharing your lovely home!

This apartment was great for our short visit to Monaco. It was a short walk from the train station and the check-in instructions were very clear. The apartment had everything we needed and the host gave us recommendations on a variety of different things to do in the area. Everything is within walking distance that you want to see, whether that is visit the Monte Carlo casino or take a walk down to the marina and take in the views of the city. I would recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

A fantastic apartment in the heart of Genoa. The apartment was large and beautiful, and had everything you need and we are so happy with the accommodation. The only thing we missed was AC when it was hottest, but most windows could be opened so it was good to ventilate. We would really recommend this apartment and the host and would love to come back again!

We had a great time at the place! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the pictures. The location was great. It is quiet, but still central. The check-in went smoothly, and the host was very friendly, easily accessible and helpful with questions. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. This place is a dream. Luciano is a fabulous host. Friendly and very helpful. Fully remodeled for being inside ancient think wall structure. Location is a historian’s dream. Shutters over all windows really close out the sound at night. New modern kitchen fully stocked. Great location with bedroom French door style windows opening to overlook the Anfiteatro. We spent most evenings sitting there with a glass of wine. Great restaurants there too. Had great meals at Old Charlie’s restaurant a number of times. Supermarket 5 min walk. Great local shopping, many piazzas with outdoor cafes. Train station about 15 minutes walk. 1.5 hour ride on train to Firenze, 30 minutes to Pisa, 2 hours by bus to Siena. Lucca is cooler than Firenze with a nice breeze in the afternoon. I am a painter so this is a great location. If the flight from California was not so long, I would come back every year. We Love it here and love Luciano.

A very nice, functional and clean studio! The sea view is superb! The pool is a real plus! Very soothing and peaceful setting! That's a lot of good! I recommend it! Thanks also to Marion for all the videos and explanations, it was very clear and practical! Very good exchanges!

This luxury apartment is tastefully furnished and offers all the comforts. The spacious terrace with a nice jacuzzi is a wonderful place to stay, even during the winter months. Various fitness equipment is available and the sauna and rain shower complete the feeling of well-being. Host Roselyne and her husband Gérard know how to strike a perfect balance between offering privacy to guests and being available to answer any questions they may have. As guests, we felt very pampered. This property is highly recommended, but we would prefer to keep it a secret. 😉

Excellent! Thanks to the location in the port of Cogolin, my wife and I spent a weekend as I had imagined, well-equipped apartment, clean and perfectly located to do all the leisure activities that the coast offers, restaurant, beach, trips in the surroundings on foot or by car to easily discover the beauty of the landscapes of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

We thought it might be difficult to find or too far away from town, but Matthieu's instructions were very good and the location very peaceful and not far at all from amenities or town. Because of the location we accidentally found Port Cogolin and it's Sunday market when we thought we were just grabbing brunch at Brunchini- which was delicious and highly recommended! Port Cogolin looks like a mini Venice and is the best kept secret of the area! Also visited nearby wineries (10 minutes by car). Also found a fabulous grocery store very close by and Paul patisserie. Don't miss apero time at the port, it's a fun atmosphere. Matthieu's place is beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully planned for every comfort and convenience from the lighting to the closet storage. The outdoor space is quiet and comfortable with a great view! Highly recommend staying here
