We had a great time. The accommodation is in a quiet residential area 5 minutes walk from the sea and is very close to places of interest such as restaurants, supermarkets, beaches,... The accommodation is clean and tidy as pictured and Riccardo was very helpful offering us names of places to eat, parking, free beaches,... He also offered us his bikes to get around the city. Viareggio is a very welcoming city and we felt right at home.

Laura is a simply exquisite host. From the time of booking, she was lavish with advice, from restaurants, to boat schedules, to areas to visit. Vezzano was a perfect starting point for us: in a few minutes we were at the station, from which we moved comfortably to the Cinque Terre and to nearby Lerici. The apartment is on top of a promontory, in a very quiet area, with an outdoor patio and private pool. This is a large room with a bed, sofa, fully equipped kitchen area and bathroom. In addition, covered parking for the car is provided. In short, you couldn't ask for more. We will definitely be back!

a place with atmosphere and full of charm, peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle if someone has such a plan for rest, a place as described, nice and helpful hostess. Easy access to the beach, local bakeries, vegetable shops, markets, a nearby town with a market, local restaurants. The perfect place for trips to Saint Tropez, Cannes, Nice, St Maxime, when you want a little holiday hustle and bustle with plenty of restaurants and shops, as well as to Grasse or Lake Verdon. It was a wonderful holiday

We spent a special stay in this cottage surrounded by greenery, surrounded only by the tranquility and the sound of birds. We were greeted with kindness and immediately felt at ease. The view from the terrace is enchanting, perfect for relaxing. The outdoor space is very pleasant, ideal for an outdoor breakfast. The company of the house cat made everything even more welcoming: discreet but affectionate, it was a real pleasure to have him around. The feeling of home was present in every detail: from the impeccable cleanliness to the simple but well-kept furnishings. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, including a delicious homemade jam. In addition, the structure is well thought out for those with special needs: accessibility for an elderly person is excellent, with comfortable and easily usable spaces.

Martine and her husband are very welcoming hosts who make sure you are well settled in their place. Listing is as described. Small peaceful retreat. Big plus on the garden and the adjustable bed! We had a very good stay and did not have time over the weekend to do everything we would have liked, as there are so many things to see in the area.

We had a pleasant stay here! The whole place seems to be new and not everything seems to have finished yet. It misses a little bit of character, but is very promising. Would recommend.

The setting of this apartment is a true selling point. The views are amazing and it is a very peaceful spot. We enjoyed the large patio and cooking and eating outside. The apartment includes everything you would need for an enjoyable stay, and when we realised we were without a French press, the hosts kindly dropped one off for us. We didn't realise the bedrooms were adjoining but this was our mistake and it was not a problem for us. We would stay here again!

We spent a great five nights here. The garden is beautiful, full of olive trees and rosemary, as well as several fruit trees. The outdoor kitchen functions well and fully equipped with crockery, pans, cutlery etc. The flat itself is fairly small but fine for a couple. Two beaches are walkable from the property, Zucchale and Barabarca. We didn't bring a car but it would have been easier to visit other parts of the island if we had, as the bus service isn't the best. Overall we had a lovely stay in Elba and would recommend to friends - grazie!

I had a wonderful stay at the newly completed Garde Manger at La Domanière—a charming and peaceful retreat in a beautiful area. The house is perfectly located: cute villages with bars and restaurants are a short drive away, Roquefort is a quick ride on the vintage Peugeot bicycles provided, and the beautiful coast isn’t far either. Despite being close to the buzzing Côte d’Azur, the house feels like an oasis of tranquility. The room was cozy, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the authentic atmosphere added to the charm. Gerald and Chloe were fantastic hosts, offering invaluable local tips that led me to hidden gems I’d have otherwise missed. A truly special place—highly recommended!

The place was great with wonderful views of Pedona from the patio and the bedroom. Eleonora was very helpful and friendly, feeding us strawberries and yogurt when we arrived hungry and tired. You will not be disappointed. Note: We did find the road up to Pedona challenging, but driving in Italy is not the same as in Canada.

The accommodation and location were perfect for a laid-back vacation. The house, the garden, and the pool with its stunning view over the Piedmont hills were all beautifully kept and thoughtfully designed. Thank you, Anne and Geir – you were amazing hosts!

Really nice and clean house, on a hill, very quiet area... Impeccable hospitality. Wide, bright spaces. We enjoyed the layout on one floor without stairs and appreciated the well-maintained pool. For us this last-minute reservation was a pleasant surprise. To repeat!

The house is located in a gated community near frejus. Everything from the pool to the bed and the kitchen is wonderful and identical to the prictures. Cedric's parents livr above the flat and were here for us whenever we needed something. A very warm welcome and a easy check-out. We had a great stay at Bruce's in Cannes! The apartment is ideally located, very clean, beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped — nothing was missing. Bruce is an exceptional host: very kind, attentive, and really caring. He sent us a great list of things to do and good restaurants to discover, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This beautiful property on the outskirts of Lucca was perfect for our 3 couples. Driving our large van was a challenge on the small roads, but the countryside was beautiful and quiet.

I visited Maria Teresa's with my 2 year old son and husband and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Maria Teresa is such a warm and welcoming host, lots of local recommendations, home made cake always available and a bottle of prosecco on our arrival! This is a beautiful and remote spot, great for some relaxation. There is a soccer pitch and lots of space for children to run around within the grounds and a small playground down the road. The local trattoria serves up delicious fair and is within walking distance of the house. The swimming pool was closed when we visited as it was too early in the season but is only a short walk from the house.

Small cottage surrounded by greenery, a corner of relaxation and tranquility guaranteed. Small enjoyable garden, super clean house, despite the bathroom not having a window, there is a French door attached, so it is as if it had one. Kitchen equipped with all desirable amenities. Unbeatable value for money, friendly and responsive host. I recommend the accommodation to those who, like us, were looking for a place to relax and feel at home right away. Getting there was not difficult as the host provided us with a very useful short video to immediately understand the way to go. A note of merit to the bed, which turned out to be very comfortable.

Housed in four with two girls. Spacious and comfortable double bedroom. Living room/kitchen a little cramped with sofa bed open but livable. Bathroom ok. Kitchen provided. Beautiful outdoor space with private veranda. Large green space around and a very welcome swimming pool. A place we would absolutely love to return to.

Overall we had a nice stay. The location is very quiet ,the car is essential for any activity or visit. The owners are very friendly
