je recommande très fortement cette location. Logement impeccable , fond de placard disponible (produit entretien), et le plus linge de maison fourni, très bien équipé et belle situation géographique pour visiter la région. propriétaire très sympathique, réactif, arrangeant. Le logement est parfait pour des vacanciers voyageants avec son animal de compagnie car aucun risque qu il s échappe.

Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen im Haus von Beatrice und unsere Erwartungen sind mehr als erfüllt worden. Das Haus ist geräumig mit einer wunderschönen offenen Wohnküche, wo man vom Balkon eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die Küste und das Hinterland genießen kann. Vor dem Haus auf der Straße befindet sich ein kleiner Parkplatz, wem es zu eng ist, 200m weiter gibt es eine vollautomatische Tiefgarage wo man auf Wunsch zu moderaten Kosten das Auto abstellen kann. Die unmittelbare Gegend ist wunderschön, mit vielen alten historischen Wegen und tollen Restaurants. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs befinden sich unten in der Stadt, diese und auch der Strand lassen sich bequem mit einem Shuttle (Haltestelle um die Ecke) erreichen. Hier vielleicht auch der einzige negative Punkt, die Fahrt zum Strand kann mit Umsteigen gut 30 min dauern. Beatrice ist als Gastgeberin besonders hervorzuheben. Unglaublich sympathisch und jederzeit bemüht den Aufenthalt für die Gäste möglich angenehm zu gestalten.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole! L'appartamento è accogliente, ben tenuto e il giardino è un vero plus: perfetto per rilassarsi o fare colazione all'aperto. La zona è tranquilla e ben collegata, e l'host è stato super disponibile e attento a ogni dettaglio. nonstante il tempo metereologico non perfetto, ho potuto godere della casa e della zona, visitando comodomente tutta la costa fino a viareggio. Pisa collegata comunque bene e l'ho visitata il giorno di check out. Bagno al piano superiore fatto nuovo, meglio di quello che vedrete in annuncio. Unica piccola nota: nel bagno al piano inferiore c'erano un po' di zanzare, ma per fortuna erano già stati predisposti dei dispositivi elettronici profumati dall'host che hanno risolto il problema in modo efficace. In generale, esperienza più che positiva — consigliatissimo!

Un excellent séjour en famille dans ce logement très agréable, confortable et fonctionnel. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jardin. La communication avec Sophie est très facile.

L'hôte met à disposition le nécessaire pour se sentir bien accueilli.

Une jolie maison confortable et bien rénovée dans un hameau paisible. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable malgré une météo capricieuse. Nous recommandons le gîte de Camille !

We recently stayed at this property while in ViIllafranche Sur Mer for a wedding. We loved everything about it, from our communication with the host, its incredible location, the property itself, and the natural beauty of the area. The property was clean and things were in working order. It was located about a 5 minute walk from the train station and is only short train ride from Monaco/Monte Carlo and other beautiful areas. A wonderful place, where we felt very comfortable, even though visiting for the first time, with many excellent restaurants to choose from.

Book this spot!! We were three girls who stayed for 4 nights, and found this place lovely. Its location is great; under 10 minute walk to old town, a tram station a block away, and under 20 minutes to the main train station. There are two levels to the terrace, and a great kitchen — go to the daily market and pick up some produce to cook! Two people could share the main bed, and one on the day bed (not the most comfy but totally fine for a few nights). There is a great wine shop next door to grab a bottle or have a glass there. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. When we couldn’t get the AC to work (our fault), they came by to adjust it for us. I can’t recommend this spot enough :)

Located near a medieval village, the place was excellently located for loads of activities. The place was very homey and very clean. It felt very safe in that neighbourhood. The host was very friendly and proactive. Part of our top 2 Airbnb on our France journey!

Ein süßes Fischerhäuschen mit allem erdenklichen Comfort. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlagen sind leise und funktionieren super. Das Haus liegt zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Bei allem hat Flann uns Tipps gegeben und beim Einräumen und Parken geholfen. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

We really loved our stay. The house was very comfortable beautiful with bedlinen. It was very well equipped. Roselyn was very helpful and accommodating, we loved the quirkiness of the property. Location was superb as was the view from both terraces. Thank you!

We couldn't have picked a better place for our dream vacation. The Apartment is perfectly located in Old Town Antibes and just a few minutes walk from anywhere you want to be. Our family of 4, with two teenagers loved every minute of it.

Fernando's place was great! We stayed for a month while working remotely and loved the space. The house was well-equipped, very clean, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and easy to work from. The location was wonderful; on a quiet street, only a short walk to the square and main street with plenty of shops, restaurants and a couple of small grocery stores. The train and bus stations were about a 5 minute walk, making it convenient to travel to and from. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We hope to stay again next time!

Dieses Haus ist schon was besonderes, was man ja auch den Fotos erkennen kann. Es gibt eigentlich immer etwas neues zu entdecken. Alles ist bestens ausgestattet - mehr als man es anderswo gewöhnt ist. Die Küche und ihre Ausstattung ist perfekt. Chillen und Essen kann man super auf der Terrasse, die mit ihrem Sukkulenten-Garten äußerst gemütlich ist. Fernseher gibt es in jeder Etage. Wir haben nur im Wohnzimmer geschaut, da konnten wir auch prime-video und Netflix mit unseren Accounts freischalten. Es gibt noch viel mehr positives zu schreiben, aber vielleicht entdeckt ihr das Haus ja selber mal....!? Zwei Dinge könnte man zur Beachtung anführen: Durch die viele Deko kann auch mal Staub liegen, was dafür aber normal ist. Ansonsten war alles sauber. Bei der Hygiene muss man sich im klaren sein, dass es hier kaum Privatsphäre gibt. Paare sollten sich also gut kennen. ;) Die Lage ist bestens für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen der Côte d'Azur und Provence geeignet.

Tutto come nelle descrizioni: ottima posizione,bella casa, spaziosa consigliabile per un nucleo famigliare o più persone,parcheggio privato Mare raggiungibile a piedi attraverso un vialetto adiacente alla struttura. La consigliamo vivamente

visto le foto sul sito concordato istruzioni e prezzo e incredibilmente tutto esattamente come previsto. in casa c'era tutto e tutto molto pulito, Alessandra sempre disponibile a qualsiasi ora, giardino con veranda esterna coperta con spazio adibito a cucina esterna bellissimo e comodissimo, l'unica cosa che posso consigliare a chi prenota, di essere bravo alla guida in quanto il parcheggio richiede manovre in retromarcia, per me nessun problema con una macchiana molto grande. ma per altri potrebbe essere un problema!

J’ai passé un super séjour, des hôtes à l’écoute, l’emplacement est magnifique sur les hauteurs, le centre de Cannes est facilement accessible en bus. Je conseille vivement.

Tout était absolument parfait ! La maison est parfaitement équipée, propre, idéalement située, la piscine est très agréable et très propre grâce à Thomas qui est un hôte très vigilant au bien être de ses locataires. Encore un très grand merci à vous pour votre accueil, votre disponibilité et l'attention portée pour que tout soit parfait. Que ce soit par le soin apporté à la maison, mais aussi par les nombreuses recommandations de bonnes adresses. En bref, nous avons passés un magnifique séjour et n'avons qu'une envie c'est de revenir vite !
