Place has a beautiful scenery & outdoor lake patio. Nurtured spot in the woods worth visiting any season of the year. Jacques was pleasant to speak too and generous. would surely visit once again.

I highly recommend the place - interiors excellent, host very friendly and to the point, surroundings are serene and tranquil. Space wise, it’s not for more than 11 people in my opinion. 5 dedicated bedrooms for 2 persons each and then 1 more bedroom in the basement but the bed is wall to wall, so good enough for 1 bachelor. Really good couches but wouldn’t recommend them to sleep overnight unless you’re trying to cut on budget. Definitely didn’t feel like it’s good enough for 19 people as advertised, good that we were just 12 with a kid. In a nutshell, bet your money on it if you’re planning a peaceful vacation for 11 people. Thanks Renato!

Ryan’s place was great to stay at. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful. The place was very clean and Ryan gave us privacy but was very responsive as well which was great. Parking was easy and very convenient. No complaints. Would come back.

One of the few cottages to offer both enough bedrooms and beds for our 8 children in the basement, and a private space for parents upstairs. Located in a beautiful wooded environment, in the mountains, but still a few minutes' drive from many amenities and activities, it was the perfect place to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our family!

Absolutely wonderful chalet! This was our second stay at Philippe’s property, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. The chalet is beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully considered to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The cozy atmosphere, combined with the stunning views, makes it the perfect retreat. Philippe is a gracious and attentive host, always available to ensure everything runs smoothly. We had such a relaxing time, and we're already looking forward to our next visit. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a beautiful setting!

We enjoyed staying at Brooke’s place. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood just blocks away from downtown. The metro stations are close by so it was easy to visit attractions across the city. Brooke is very thoughtful and had included nice breakfast items for us during our stay.

Great place. 2 things to note. It’s next to a strip club and a nightclub. The nightclub wasn’t an issue for our unit while sleeping since it doesn’t face it, but the strip club will cause some noise at night. Was only really an issue on the weekend portion. If you account for those 2, everything else was solid. Pretty safe, well situated, and easy to access a lot of Montreal from it. Close ish to 2 subway stations and there’s a bus line that passes by on st Laurent. Check in process was really easy and required no handover of keys. Checkout seemed similarly easy. Place was clean and internet reliable. Plenty of glassware, dinnerware, and cooking utensils although didn’t really use anything but the glassware. Shower is nice and spacious. Water was reliably hot. Well stocked on the towels front. Overall would likely stay here again for future stays.

Henry’s home was exactly as listed. Quiet street, restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. Henry was very helpful and responsive when we encountered a problem and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy in his home. A very kind and accommodating person, we couldn’t have asked for a better host than Henry.

Awesome place! Stayed with a big group for F1 weekend, had a lot of fun. Hosts were responsive, place was well-maintained. Walking/driving distance from all the places we needed to be in Montreal.

We stayed for one month in the house (November 2024)Frédérique and her dad are excellent hosts. Pros: We enjoyed the place. Quiet, incredibly beautiful the view, the space of the house inside and outside. Cleanliness of the place. Details to ensure the comfort of visitors. The essential basics of a house, everything was there. The fireplace. Laundry room. Pets allowed. Partial adaptation for one person in a wheelchair, that's great! Least: The average internet. Unique bathroom, no ventilation. The couch is uncomfortable. Some amenities would have to be renewed. These are present. In short, I would recommend this house. I would go back without hesitation. It's a beautiful place. Close to highway, restaurants and services. Thank you so much to our hosts.

this is my second time staying here, and it was every bit as good as the first time. parking is easy with a space behind the unit, a quick walk to restaurants and and the metro leaves you close enough to the city, but still feeling like a local in a quiet neighborhood. can't wait to come back

Great accommodation for a 3-week stay, it feels like home. Very clean, flexible host (arrival times and responsiveness to equipment requests). Good location, close to the direct bus to the city center and Mont Royal. I recommend it!
