Clean, spacious and well equipped. Hostess was helpful and responsive. Short walk to a quiet side of the beach which we thoroughly enjoyed. Loved our stay here

We have just returned to the UK after a 14 day vacation in the villa. We had a fantastic holiday the villa is beautiful inside and out. Perhaps our favourite area was the veranda. Its wraps around the villa and has many different seating areas. We spent most evenings out there. Garry is an amazing host he met us at the villa and showed us around also providing great information about Mauritius eating out beaches etc. He kindly allowed us to check out a little later. We ate out at Le Meridian and Revive several times they are local and within walking distance. Friendly staff and excellent food. La Voglia Matto Pizza eat in or takeaway is worth a visit. Awesome stay at Baleau Villa, place has all listed amenities and is well located - Pereybere beach is 3 mins away with a great selection of restaurants around! We were offered homemade chicken curry with vegetables which was delicious ! Would definitely recommend! :))

Fantastic location, directly on the beach, really quiet. House is decorated with taste and really feel comfortable. The pool is not too deep so rather safe. The beach is really quiet and nice. Swimming is easy and not deep for a long while. East coast is more exposed to wind but end of June we had pleasant weather every days, despite some occasional rain that never lasted long. Asmita the cleaning lady is really friendly but also knows to be discreet. She was really taking good care of the house and us. It’s a real plus to have her. A car is a must to quickly go around, shopping or for dinner. We hope to come back one day.

The place is huge and spacious. They have cleaner that clean the house every day. Host is easy to communicate and very responsive. Highly recommended

Two beautiful beaches are in a walkable distance, while a coffee shop, restaurant and small supermarket are in the neighboring building. Highly recommended!

We have been visiting Mauritius since 2000 and have always loved spending our holidays on the island. Over the years, we've stayed in a variety of accommodations, including 3-, 4-, and 5-star hotels, as well as private villas. This year was particularly special, as our kids, now young adults, thoroughly enjoyed all the activities—from boat trips and beaches to dining at restaurants and celebrating New Year’s Eve with the spectacular fireworks displays. We highly recommend this accommodation for its central location and the added bonus of a large pool. The host went above and beyond, even arranging car rentals and setting up a braai for us South Africans to enjoy. After years of searching for the perfect spot, we’ve found it and will continue to book this unit for years to come. Thank you for an unforgettable stay

The apartment is fantastic, it was at a great location. We visited several beaches but the one around the place is one of the most beautiful ones. The apartment is well equipped, we really felt like being at home. We got absolutely clear instructions in a timely manner. We had a really super stay here in Mauritius.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful space. The attention to detail and first-class service from Annielle and her team made it feel like a home away from home. The location is perfect – across street from a fantastic beach bar, which became a favorite spot for relaxing with a drink. It’s also conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and sports centers, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything the area has to offer. I had a car while there. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and a bit of island charm. Would definitely book again.

Perfect location, beautiful apartment with everything you need inside: a small balcony to enjoy the sun in the morning during breakfast, a seating area with two swings to relax when returning from visits, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. Not to mention the outside with its large swimming pool, its well-stocked weight room, the relaxation area, the barbecue area... everything is beautiful. Great hosts who best advise you on things to visit, very kind, respectful, attentive and attentive. I was able to share a grill and rum party with them and it was perfect. I had a fantastic stay of five nights, and it was absolutely worth it. Ashwin was incredibly helpful and proactive, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The flat was cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a seamless stay. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience.

Necessary premise, magnificent place and a really nice and cozy house. So I recommend the experience, very positive. The only flaws in the details: the kitchen and a bathroom had burned out light bulbs, after a large correspondence with the concierge staff no one was waiting for us when we arrived (check-in scheduled for 2:00 pm but we asked to anticipate considering the duration of the flight). Upon arrival we could not find bottled water (after 14 hours of travel it would have been appreciated). Dishware to wash, dishwasher that didn't wash properly, just a few coffee pods. When you pay 2,500 euros per week, certain things should be adjusted. Anyway, it's all about details, the house, the view, and the location responded to every issue

We spent a few days in this home with my wife and two kids. The place met our expectations: it was very clean and in a good location, we could go to the beach on foot and paddles were available. There is a supermarket 2 minutes away by car and it is a good location to radiate on the northern half of the island. We were very nice by Marianne, the partner of Hervé Emmanuel who gave us lots of ideas for activities to do also with the children.

Was neat and clean, accessible but only Problem was parking. And for upper floors there wasn't lift to carry luggage so maybe problematic for elders

The apartment was fantastic. Better than the pictures. As in the Paradise. The hosts are very helpful. Supermarkets and restaurants are accessible by car. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can also cook wonderfully yourself. Special plus: 3 times a week is cleaned. Luxury! We were very pleased.

The villa was lovely, brilliant location right on the beach, clean and spacious. The kitchen was clean and had all we needed but could do with a bit of updating. Sophie and Bernard were great hosts and meet us on arrival and departure, very informative and was always available for any questions or in our case arranged a hire car, which is advisable as it is a bit of a walk to the main supermarket and restaurants, there are a few within walking distance(10 mins max) which were great. Christine the maid was absolutely superb, coming in every day to clean and change the bedding etc and even cooked us a meal on arrival, which was delicious. Overall we had a brilliant two weeks here and can thoroughly recommend this quaint Mauritian villa. Mauritius is truly a special place with lively people. Just a heads up to any thinking of flying air Mauritius, try to avoid they are terrible!

Out stay at the Catch Up Time villa was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the ocean and the charming, well-maintained surroundings. The villa itself is spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. There were indoor and outdoor games available which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were welcoming, attentive and made sure on daily basis that everything was OK. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for either a peaceful retreat or looking for fun with family and friends.

Had a wonderful stay at Eileen's place. She was a very responsive host. The beach is across the street and lot of places to eat in the neighbourhood.
