Situé sur les hauteurs de Ste Luce, à 3 min en voiture du centre, de ses commerces et 5 min en voiture de ses plages dans un beau quartier résidentiel très calme. Vous pourrez profiter de son confort, de sa piscine privée. Son intérieur cosy vous attend avec une cuisine entièrement équipée. Un salon confortable. Une chambre avec lit queen size communicant avec une salle d'eau dotée d'une douche à l'italienne. Un bel espace extérieur bien aménagé d'où vous apercevrez la mer et les collines.
