The house has all the necessities with its own bathroom, kitchen, bedroom in alcove and a great view. 5 minutes walk to Holmenkollen station and convenience store, 3 minutes to restaurant and ski jump. Wi-Fi and TV with cable and Chromecast. Unfortunately, there is no space for parking on the property, but there is free street parking right above the property, always available.

Enjoy the tranquility of this cozy house from 1904. With Østmarka forest area as a neighbor with endless hiking possibilities in summer and winter. At the same time you are within walking distance to Ahus. A bus stop nearby can take you quickly to Oslo city center or Oslo Airport Gardermoen. The house is on a small farm in Lørenskog with land and pasture (for horses) in several directions. Idyllically located southwest-facing on a small hill with stunning views of the cultural landscape. Both deer and hare have been observed in the garden.

There are several large grocery stores, shopping center, bus and subway only 5 minutes from the apartment. The subway takes you to the center of Oslo with all the shopping, museums and attractions in 10 minutes. The bus is also an option if you want to go to Nordmarka, the lake or to Oslo city center. Only 9 minutes by bus to Oslo Winter Park Alpine Resort Skimore.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant place. When you enter the door, you are in the living room. With private balcony and fireplace. A sofa and a queen size bed. Take the stairs down to get to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen counter is quite small, but it has an induction top and oven. The apartment is suitable for one to two people who want to be close to hiking terrain and ski slopes. Nice starting point for trips in nature. At the same time only 30 minutes from Oslo city center with museums and restaurants.

There is no through traffic. 5 minutes (400 meters) walking distance to Røa city center with shops, swimming pool, subway and bus. Kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer. Separate bedroom and bathroom.

Free parking. 3 min walk to Borgen subway station with 1 stop to Majorstua, 2 stops (5 min) to Nationaltheatret (city center). 10 min walk to Frognerparken.
