The little pampered mobile home is not fancy but it's oh so peaceful and relaxing to sit by the pond or just relax on the big deck and view the hundred year old farmstead. Drive past the hosts house about 1500' down a maintained gravel road and you're there! You'll have your own campfire site complete with firewood and stumps to sit on or enjoy the covered pier over the pond...it has a fan to keep it breezy!

This cozy 2 bedroom / 1 bath home in 12 acres of beautiful land is the perfect getaway for couples and families looking to escape the city and reconnect with nature. The land is surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife, offering endless opportunities for hiking and other outdoor activities. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit and roast marshmallows under the stars. Whether you're looking to relax, unwind or explore the great outdoors, our home has something for everyone.

Casa Andariega

Relax with the whole family at this clean and peaceful, fully renovated home in the heart of Hearne. You’ll be 15 min from Bryan, 20 min from College Station, and 40 min from Waco. Enjoy the extremely private setting. There’s parking available within our fenced in yard (key is left for you to unlock the gate) and tons of street parking available immediately in front of and beside the home. With no neighbours on any side of us, there are no noise restrictions during your stay.

The Ranch Casita

Our guest house is the perfect stay for a work or play getaway with a KING size temperpedic mattress, large walk in shower, mini fridge, and coffee station. We don’t mind if you want to bring your dog, there is an open field outside your private entrance they can use (Please let us know before, we have 2 of our own in a separate yard). We are located 1 minute away from The Ranch baseball fields, 15 minutes from Luminant power plant, and just 40 minutes to Bryan/College Station.

The Cottage at MeadowCreek Park

This charming one bedroom one bath cottage at MeadowCreek Park is perfect for your weekend away with your horses. Located 3 miles south of Kosse, the cottage is nestled on a 100-acre equine show facility. Inside you'll find a choice of sleeping areas (queen bed, twin and full-size sofa beds,), a fully equipped kitchen, industrial-chic decor, and a private bath with shower. Outside you'll find a large covered deck with twinkle lights hung and the sweet sounds of country living

Beastie Bus

Come enjoy a stay in our beautiful modern camper located in the quaint country. With this property located in the country you get to enjoy the beautiful calmness of nature while still very close to Bryan/College Station(45 minutes) as well as Franklin (20 minutes). If you're coming with small children we do have additional things you can request such as a travel basinet, bunk bed borders, booster chair, etc. Feel free to reach out if you have questions.

Our quaint and newly refurbished 1920's tenant cabin nestled under the shade of native Basswood trees is the perfect country oasis on a real-deal cattle ranch! It sleeps 4-6 people offering 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a cozy living room with fireplace, daybed, and a fully stocked kitchen. Outside guests can enjoy a sunset porch and outdoor kitchen/patio. The cabin sits on 600 acre working ranch with cattle & horses along the Brazos River.

Relaxed 1 bed 1 bath cottage with room to roam.

This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath 880 square foot home with a twin bed and couch to sleep on as well. It is a house inside of a shop so there is covered parking, places to cook outside, relax with awesome country views in the mornings and evenings. It is out in the country and on the same property as our house but peaceful it is. Sleeps four with room to run. Horses and cows are all around to look at as well.
