Life is better by the beach

This condo is perfect for a family vacation or couples getaway. It’s a 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms second floor condo at Dolphin Villas with a great location, about 1.5 miles from the beautiful beaches with the public beach access. A plenty of restaurants are very close (Tacky Jack’s, Oyster House, Lulu’s...)There’s a grocery store and Walmart very close also. You can go to the near by watepark, visit the Wharf or Fort Morgan, go to Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, OWA or spent the day relaxing on the beach.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Amazing views! Watch the dolphins as you sip coffee from the balcony. Family oriented with amazing pool and lay out decks! Place was recently renovated in an affordable manner. It is clean and simplistic. Mattresses are comfortable and nice, but not new. If you are looking for a place that has what you to need to relax at the beach on a budget, this is it. If you are looking for exquisite, this isn’t it. It’s quiet, clean, sufficient.

Cheerful 2 bedroom home on Miflin Creek

I'm an Alabama girl who wanted water access and to be closer to the beach. I bought this little piece of land on Miflin Creek and graced it with a mobile home. Miflin Creek leads to Wolf Bay and the Gulf. It's convenient to OWA (8 minutes), lots of restaurants, and the beach. It's quiet and peaceful. I enjoy paddleboarding here or just sitting on the deck watching the Osprey build a nest nearby. I'm so happy to be able to offer it to you.
