The house has a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a double bed, kitchen and bathroom. It has two decks, one in the front that is very spacious, covered and with a grill and the other behind is made of reeds. We have a large patio with a stone stove. The land has 510 square meters with several wooded corners, hammocks and sun loungers. It's fenced and pets are welcome! It is 300 meters from La Viuda beach, and from the beach a 1 km walk to the center of town.

A very quiet area, approximately 10 blocks from Playa Los Botes and 8 from Playa Anaconda! By car, 2 minutes from downtown La Paloma and 1 minute from large supermarkets! For the winter it has a beautiful stove. The house has bed linens and towels for a better guest stay!
