Holiday rentals in Rocky Point

David’s house was very clean, quiet, and located in a peaceful neighborhood. It is close to a bus stop with quick access to downtown Charlottetown, though it's important to note the bus doesn’t run on Sundays. The house has two floors—David and his family live downstairs, while the upstairs has guest rooms available for Airbnb. My room was upstairs, and there were also two other guest rooms, but they were unoccupied during my stay, so I had the floor all to myself. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, and the upstairs had its own thermostat, allowing me to set the temperature to my liking. I slept very well thanks to the quiet environment. During my stay, I accidentally broke a glass while washing dishes, but David was very kind and understanding about it. He was also easy to communicate with, very helpful, and even provided taxi contact information for getting around Charlottetown. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

Such a great stay in Stratford! The place was surprisingly spacious, with a billiard table that added a really fun touch. The kitchen was small and cute, everything had its place and was super clean. The bathroom and bedroom were both really nice and well-kept – overall just a very comfortable space. The hosts were incredibly kind and even gave us some goodies when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Definitely a 5/5 experience – would happily stay again!

J'ai pris une location d'un mois et j'ai toujours été très satisfaite de mon choix d'emplacement. Mélissa et Alex sont tellement accueillants. Propre, confortable avec beaucoup de rangement, la chambre est intime et on se sent en sécurité. Proche d'un magnifique parc, du centre-ville, de l'Institut culinaire si on a envie de plats préparés, d'une épicerie locale toute proche, vraiment tout à portée de main. J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour à Charlottetown et j'y reviendrai.

The flat was spotless and well appointed. Very comfortable bed, great linens and towels and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Just a few short steps from the downtown, but in a very quiet location. Excellent host and communications. We would gladly return and we highly recommend.

Gary and Bonnie were wonderful hosts, They made us feel right at home from the start to the end of our trip. They gave us great recommendations and were extremely helpful and friendly. We forgot sand toys and being the end of august it was hard to find any, before we could ask, Gary brought over a bag of sand toys for the kids and let us know where we could find some extra chairs and an umbrella for the beach. The beach itself was gorgeous and the water was warm. We spent one of our days at Cavendish beach just to say we did it but in all honesty their private beach was much nicer. The cottage was immaculate, it was extremely well kept and clean. Everything you would need to spend a few days and cook some beautiful meals was availible a bonus being the ability to do laundry. We are already planning our trip to PEI for next year and are most looking forward to staying with Gary and Bonnie and enjoying the peace and quiet their lovely cottage provides.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay with Marc and Scott at their beautiful home in PEI. The property is peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by birds of all kinds, it felt like a true escape into nature :) They were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, even offering us complimentary yoga passes due to the rainy weather (such a thoughtful gesture, even though we didn’t get the chance to use them!). The home was spotless and perfectly organized, down to the neatly folded towels. I especially appreciated the cute elephant towel in the bedroom and the fresh spices they went out of their way to buy for our stay. It’s also pet-friendly, which made everything even more enjoyable for us. Marc and Scott also gave us great restaurant suggestions, and we ended up going to one in downtown PEI (Slaymaker & Nichols, I believe), which was a convenient and lovely spot to enjoy before catching the Anne of Green Gables show at the Holland College Theatre. Highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay at Lynn & James Home in Stratford. The home was nicely designed and well appointed. It had every amenity you would need…and then some! Communication with Lynn & James was very easy and highly responsive. Would highly recommend.
