Living room and dining room, well-equipped kitchen, large bathroom and hallway. The house consists of two floors, but there is currently only the 1st floor of approx. 90 sqm that is prepared for rent.

Gården ligger ca 2,5 km fra sjø med badestrand og fiskemuligheter, og ca 2,5 km fra butikk og bensinstasjon. Det er eget fiskevann på eiendommen og gammel jegerhytte, 2,5 km fra huset. Huset består av boenhet med 5/6 senger(3 rom). I tillegg er det en egen liten ettromsleilighet som også er utleid på AirBnB (for 2 personer)

The house has 4 separate bedrooms, where 3 are located on the second floor. Approx 7 minutes walk to bathing water which is very nice for smaller kids, shallow water and warmer than the sea. Approx 22 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Lista, which offers miles and miles of sand.
