We really loved getting back home, it was quiet, just like the photos and much more peaceful than the tourist areas. Tricia was the best with her recommendations and adding slight personal touches to the place. It had everything you would need, and the best part it is truly a bed and breakfast, loved meeting Tricia for breakfast and learning so much. If I visit again, which I plan to I would definitely want to stay here.

Christa’s place is everything you could ask for, for a rural stay. The room is super spacious and bathroom is immaculate, the bed is comfortable and huge!! The breakfast options are perfect with a large variety of things which is a major highlight and always stocked up, Christa also checks what you prefer to ensure it is always there. We loved our stay, she was super helpful with things to do and see as well as train/bus time tables. 100% recommend anyone who wants to stay here, we didn’t have a car and still found a lot of things to do and the local recommends were great. Public transport is super frequent as well as a quick 40 min walk through the countryside to a beautiful lake where you can swim and rent a boat. This definitely made our trip in Switzerland worth while and would definitely come back, on our last day Christa kindly dropped us off at the train station before our departure!

Laetitia est une hôte accueillante sans être intrusive. Elle nous a expliqué les différentes balades à faire autour de chez elle. Le logement est parfait, lit très confortable et la salle de bain spacieuse. La kitchenette indépendante est parfaite pour se faire un petit repas. Et mention spécial au petit déjeuner copieux avec des produits excellents ! Je recommande à 100%

Yoko, Paolo, and their daughter were friendly and welcoming to their 400 year old home in Morcote. The attic room is spacious with its own living room besides bedroom. Steps from Morcote ferry, shops and restaurants, the location is ideal for ferry rides across Lake Lugano, exploring Morcote’s beautiful hilltop church with amazing views of the lake, and mountains of Lugano. Breakfast in the garden was a plus surrounded by Paolo’s garden and bonsais. Great chats and their local insights were spot on. Lovely stay and a joy to visit!

Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht. Das war sehr gut und nur vom feinsten. Gutes Brot, Butter, frische Milch und Jogurt. Natürlich Käse am Stück in verschiedenen Variationen, dazu ein bisschen Schinken. Auch selbstgemachte Konfitüre gab es in drei Varianten. Man kann sagen, es war nicht übermäßig viel, aber hochwertig und reichhaltig. So startet man gut in den Tag. Die Wohnung mit ihren Balkon war herrlich ruhig gelegen. Mann konnte schön entspannen und dem Bach und der Natur lauschen.

Claude est un hôte extrêmement accueillant, qui est aux petits soins pour que vous passiez un super séjour à BSM et ses environs. Le chalet est superbe, la chambre très confortable, la sdb impeccable et la vue sur les montagnes magique. Un grand Merci!

Luca and his family were extremely friendly, proactive and super helpful for recommendations! their property on top of a mountain close to the lago maggiore is absolutely beautiful, with amazing views on the lake! they take care of a lot of animals like dogs, cats, rabbits and even a donkey and a goat, which we found super sweet and which made the stay unforgettable. They also served breakfast in the morning, which was included in the price, which we didn’t expect, and which exceeded our expectations! all in all, our stay at Luca‘s place was very beautiful and we can definitely recommend it to couples, who are looking for a quiet and charming place in nature!

Le logement est situé dans un cadre idyllique où règne le calme ! L’accueil de Katia était chaleureux, nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi avec la vue sur le mont blanc ! Le petit déjeuner était royale, tout était fait maison et délicieux. Je recommande !!!

When I went up to the room, the room was on the top floor. The lights along the way turned on and off automatically. It was dark. I was afraid. I had to use my phone's light to find the door. It was a wooden house, so it was noisy when I walked. I was secretly afraid. I asked to move to a lower room, but there was none. I was kinder. My friends came to stay upstairs. I went for a walk after the rain. The view was beautiful. The fog came down. I didn't get tired from walking because the view was beautiful. The weather was cool. It made me less afraid of the bedroom. In the morning, I had breakfast. There was a lot. The service was good. I went out to travel around for 1 day and came back. I love this place. The room was clean. The view was beautiful. Everything was very clean and tidy. I like it. If I have a chance, I want to come back again. Wir waren für eine Nacht im B&B bei Frederica und haben uns unfassbar wohl gefühlt. Die ganze Familie war sehr herzlich und die ganze Unterkunft sehr liebevoll. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal wiederkommen :)

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit einem super Ausblick. Es war alles da was man braucht und der Kuchen war sehr lecker. Paola ist super nett, wir würden wieder kommen. Unser Hund war auch willkommen :)

Great location, loads of parking and shared space. Great rooms and a great breakfast. Just wish there was a bit more provision for a some light self catering but that was made clear in the description so fair enough. I’d recommend this place and would stay there again.

Perfect hosts and accommodation for exploring. I was a solo traveller and never felt alone. The atmosphere at breakfast was upbeat and chatty. The accommodation was immaculate. Sauna was a great bonus after a long day in the hills. All in all I would recommend this chalet and will definitely be back.

Wir waren eine Nacht bei Mäggy zu Gast und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt vor den Zimmern ganz tolle Infomäppchen für die Gegend und es wurde auch viel erklärt und gezeigt. Die Zimmer sind toll ausgestattet, besonders gut hat uns aber der Außenbereich gefallen. Wunderschönes Panorama und eine tolle Lounge laden dazu ein sich entspannt zu setzen und den Ausblick zu genießen. Wir würden die Unterkunft in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen und wiederkommen!

Daniele and Sonia were extremely friendly and helpful, the room and the kitchen clean and with nice details. The breakfast had everything we could wish for, even the freshest eggs from their own chickens! We just stayed for one night and it was perfect for an overnight stay on the way back home.
