The Strandheim farm is located 532 m above sea level in Körøremsgrende, far south in the mountain village Lesja. The farm produces milk and meat and is located in quiet surroundings with beautiful nature, wildlife and mountains. The river Lågen in the immediate vicinity offers great opportunities for swimming and fly fishing in our zone. Short distance to Dovrefjell and Dombås. You have the staff cage to yourselves. Welcome to Rondane National Park! The cabin is 2 km from Mysusæter, and 2 km from Spranget (the national park starts here). The cabin is located on top of the Rondane mountain plateau with the possibility of both short and long walks. For example, you can walk up to the top Ranglarhø right behind the cabin and get lovely views, walk down to Bridal Damage, or you can walk or bike from the Leap into Rondvassbu and plan your top trip from there. Fully take a hike as a day trip from our cabin and the option to rent a bike on the run.

Skigard. 2 kayaks and rowboat can be used, at your own risk. The tenant is responsible for keeping order in and around the cabin. The cabin is left as you found it in.

Velkommen til Viking-gården Sygard Listad. Her bor du på historisk grunn. Viking-kongen Olav den Hellige bodde her i 1021, for å forberede slaget mot kongen i Gudbrandsdalen. Dette skjedde under kristninga av Norge. På gården finnes den hellige brønnen "Olavskilden". Kjøreavstand til Oslo er 250 km og det samme til Trondheim. Her kan du dra på ski i Hafjell, Kvitfjell, Gålå, nasjonalparken Jotunheimen eller Rondane. Om sommer kan du se Peer Gynt, moskus-safari eller dagstur til Geiranger.

The cabin is not for you who frees out that the lines are not straight. This is the cabin for those who "love the perfect imperfections" and who love a cabin with charm. The cottage sits wonderfully close to Mysusæter city centre 910 meters above sea level and direct access to magical Rondane National Park.

Mountain cabin next to Rondane National Park

Simple and charming mountain cabin located at the tree line, 1000 meters above sea level. It is only one kilometer from the national park, and it is five kilometers to walk to the Peer Gynt cabin. The cabin has neither running water nor electricity, but it has solar power, which is generally sufficient for charging phones and using lamps. Water is fetched from the stream behind the cabin. There is an outdoor toilet in the outbuilding next to the cabin. The cabin is heated with firewood.
