The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

This gorgeous home is located at the very top of a hill in one of the most central locations in Lancaster County. You'll be surrounded by breathtaking views of the nearby farmland and the interior has been beautifully decorated in calming, neutral tones. Kayla's place is a dream. highly recommended! it's right in the center for everything. cherry crest, old windmill farm, Strasbourg railroad is all just 5 mins away. the place is beautifully designed just as shown in pictures. we had a great stay and everyone enjoyed it!

Best Airbnb we've ever stayed in! We can't say enough about how lovely this house and yard were. Our toddler LOVED the playground. There were train books galore, everything was SO clean and the furnishings/details of the house were gorgeous. My husband is going to lust after the giant living room tv for years to come. We were close to the Thomas the Tank Engine experience, as well as Cherry Crest farm, both of which we did with our toddler, but when we asked him what his favorite thing was he said "the beds" because he loved rolling across the fluffy comforters. This was a great place to stay as a family. We used the kitchen and the outdoor spaces a lot and didn't want to leave at the end of our long weekend. We're hoping we can stay here again next year!

The Travelers Haven was exactly as advertised. Such a beautiful home-I wanted to move in permanently. Perfect for our family “girls trip.” Lots of bedrooms, lots of space, and the additional outdoor space a bonus-front porch or back deck perfect for morning coffee and evening chill out under the stars. And if you’re lucky, the neighbor’s goats will hold a conversation with you at night. We so enjoyed the Amish neighbors walking or riding by always offering a quick wave or a “ hello, how are you?” The home has neighbors but it is a peaceful area, and convenient to the places you want to visit while in the area. Another awesome AirBnb, would 100% visit again. Have already had friends and relatives inquire about the place.
