The house is at the top of a steep driveway in quiet Villieria, one of Pretoria’s oldest neighbourhoods. It is close to the highway, university, hospitals, embassies and amenities. Find shops, cafes, and restaurants just down the road. In addition to Uber and metered taxis, a bus to the Gautrain station leaves from Webb Street in the nearby Queenswood. A bus service and a bus to the Gautrain station is available just 200 meters down the road. Metered taxi's or Uber are available too. Parking for 1 car is available on the property. Situated on top of a hill, it may be a challenging drive into the driveway for some. There is a double garage with direct access into the scullery. The property is safe, enclosed and has an alarm.

Guests can enjoy free WiFi and a flat-screen TV with full DSTV Package. The in-door area is 95m2 and the braai area another 35m2. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. If you wish to meet me, just let me know and we can meet. The apartment is in the Lynnwood neighbourhood in Pretoria East. It's a peaceful place for a morning run and afternoon walk. Walk to Hoërskool Menlopark and a grocery store. Atterbury theatre is also close by. Uber is available in this area. Main road with Gautrain busses are in walking distance. The apartment is on the second floor and can only be reached via steps.
