The area and the apartment are ideal for families and those who want to enjoy the sea, the nearby Ao Yon Beach and the range of lovely but reasonably priced restaurants nearby.
The space
Our apartment is a two-bedroom condominium unit in the luxury and well-established Belair Panwa Resort, in Cape Panwa.
We are situated right across from Phuket Port and the tour jetty, so it's the prefect location from which to explore the islands to the south and the to the east, such as the Phi Phi Islands, Ko Racha Yai, Ko Lon and Ko Mai Thon.
Nearby are the beautiful beaches of Ao Yon and Khao Kad. The waves are normally very gentle year-round and there are some lovely restaurants to choose from.
Our master has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and ample cabinet space, and opens up onto our spacious seaview terrace, while the guest bedroom has twin beds which can be joined to make a double bed, and is served by the guest bathroom.
The spacious living area includes a kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, mini-oven, fridge / freezer and full hob.

Phuket is a large island and everywhere is very accessible by car or motorbike but there is no public transport other than cabs / and apps like Bolt and Grab.
Patong, Kata, Karon, Rawai are all 30-40 minutes drive from Cape Panwa, while the Laguna area and Kamala are around an hour away.
If you are looking for adult-oriented entertainment venues and a generally noisy and boisterous environment then you won't like Cape Panwa.
Also, please note: TV does not work after an electrical storm a little while ago, so we have removed it from our listing.
