Our 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom location is a home away from home vacation destination experience. It is totally equipped and supplied to accommodate an extended stay, both short and long term. The newly added hot tub gives you a spa like treatment from the privacy of the backyard patio.

Our home is 100% available to our guest except for owner’s personal items in the garage.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
Our neighborhood is typically very quieted with establish neighbors, mostly retired.
***ALL OF THE OWNER'S PERSONAL ITEMS IN THE GARAGE ARE FOR OWNER'S USE ONLY***
CHECK OUT IS AT 11 am sharp (the housekeeper usually comes soon after)
-please only lock the keyless padlock!!! (Don't lock the lower knob)
- please make sure ALL garbage is in garbage bags and placed in large garbage bins outside
- make sure All windows are locked and secured
- place ALL linen and bedding in laundry basket in the garage in the laundry area
-please empty the refrigerator
