We are a family business The yurt { uninsulated canvas structure] sits in an ancient walled garden. A short walk to the local spa, shops and amenitie
Fields and woods boundary the spacious yurt area. Wildlife live happily alongside

Beds consist of a large 4 poster double bed ( sleeps two ) and a smaller sofa bed ( sleeps two small children or a third adult)

The space
Yurt design is based on Mongolian tribal dwelling
Yurt users have exclusive use of an adjacent fully equiped camp kitchen with lpg hob and a free standing BBQ The camp kitchen is a covered rustic timber structure built in recent close season
Showering and toilet facilities are provided in a specially built nearby rustic
timber structure
Log burner is set or lit on guest arrival in addition a bag of logs is supplied for each night of stay, cost reflected in cleaning fee, if required additional logs can be supplied for £5 per bag

Guest access
Guests have free access to the full meadow and adjacent orchard. There is access to woodland walks and nearby public footpaths from the site

We also can provide cooked breakfast served in main house. We also offer crew pot casserole evening meals on request. Please ask for menus
Animals who live on the site include irish wolfhound, labradors, peafowls, moorhens, ducks, chickens and our neighbours in the woods red squirrels
While there is adequate parking onsite for cars and undercover standing for motorcycles & bicycles can be provided all at owners risk no indemnity for such vehicles is given or implied
This is a tranquil rural space and we would ask our guests to help sustain that tranquility remembering this is a country setting with sometimes unfamiliar atmosphere, sounds and smells
In relation to pets while we welcome well trained dogs this means one dog or exceptionally two we feel numbers over this are beyond our sites capacity
If required a service wash laundry service is available at a small additional charge
