I have "instant booking" switched on, which means you don't have to ask me to book the room and in fact, I'd prefer it if you just booked the room if you like it. Don't ask me, it's available to everyone who is a registered AirBnB user and who has provided a government ID.
The room is about 20 square meters and has heating and cooling (a fan). What's really great is the location (outer suburbs) - 2 min walk to train station and 22 mins to the city by train.
It's a fairly basic set-up with few decorations and extra furnishings.
You'll have access to the whole apartment except my room of course. There's also a balcony on the sunny side of the building and useful if you're a smoker.
Interaction with guests
I work at different times of the day every day of the week and it always changes but I am mostly out of the apartment during working hours Mon-Fri so you can ask me anything you want when I'm home.
Friendly, sociable guests are preferred and you'll find I'm quite generous and helpful.
Other things to note
Regarding the check-in time, during the week, I sometimes work late so you may not be able to check-in until 8:30-9:00 pm. Other days it could be as early 5:30 pm. On the weekend, the time is much more flexible of course.
If you want to check-in later than 10:30 pm, please consider booking somewhere else.
NOISE – Please, no loud noise or music during the day or the night. The neighbours like to complain about any kind of noise. Soft or low level music is acceptable.
SMOKING – No smoking but there is access to the balcony where you may smoke.
BATHROOM – You may close the bathroom window and turn the heating on during your shower or while in the bathroom but please leave the window open afterwards.
WATER USE – Please be conservative with your water use - not just for me but for the planet too. No more than one shower per day, per person please.
RUBBISH – Rubbish must be sorted into 3 different bins for recycling: paper, plastic and metal, organic matter (food waste).
KITCHEN - Please tidy up directly after cooking or eating. Dirty dishes should be placed in the dishwasher. I will manage when it gets turned on.
HEATING – Heaters should only be used when necessary and you must always turn them off at night and when you leave the apartment.
