Small, sunny room facing a green, spacious back yard. The neighbourhood is quiet and has excellent public transport connections to the city. Also close to the River Torrens Linear Trail bike/walk route. 15 mins walk to Walkerville shops.
The room is simple, but very comfortable. A large set of windows provides a lot of natural light, and overlooks the backyard. Reflective blockout curtains, together with the ceiling fan, keep the room cool even in the summer. The sofa bed is new and can easily be folded away if more space is needed during the day. There's also plenty of cupboard space.
Guests are welcome to make use of all the common areas, including the lounge, kitchen/dining room and backyard. The backyard is enclosed. Pets in the backyard should be supervised by the owners. There is off-street parking available for one car.
Interaction with guests
My husband and I live in the house and will be available to answer any questions. We are fairly recent arrivals to Adelaide and will be in the process of discovering the area's many attractions ourselves.
