Our quiet apartment is located just 3 minutes from the lake, directly on the Lake Constance circular hiking trail. Goldbach is a small suburb of Überlingen - directly on the lake with beautiful free beach access. Through the Uferpark, you can walk to Überlingen in 10 minutes. There is an excellent pizzeria in Goldbach.

The space
The apartment has two floors: entrance, one bedroom with newly renovated bathroom and separate toilet upstairs. In the basement there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and views into the garden. Next to this is the living room with access to the terrace and garden.

A second bedroom is next to the living room, there is also a second bathroom with toilet. In the living room there is another bed. This is the ideal place for nature lovers who appreciate peace and nature.

There is also possibility of accommodating 1-2 children.

Guest access
The house is located on the slope and is accessible via a somewhat steep slope. In front of the house is a parking space.
