The house is located in a calm area. There are not so many restaurants or places to eat but you can cook here. You’re gonna meet a lot of students from all over the world and perhaps you’ll make friends.

Thanks, Alex. No, there isn't a lot going on in this part of town, but the kitchen makes your stay even more affordable. You definitely need the Uber or Lyft app, but I still think it's cool to have the opportunity to meet new people and take in DC together while avoiding the high costs usually associated with the district. Stay cool and visit us again someday.

Just like hostel. People especially students from all over the world come to this space and talk and play together. It was a lot of fun. Kevin is really a nice person!

Best value for your money. I had another great stay at this place. I meet a bunch of great people and got to stay within DC for a very reasonable price. Bring a positive attitude and you will have a great stay

If you are looking for a no frills place to stay for a good price this place does the job. It definitely has a college dorm room feel. It's pretty dirty and can be noisey but it's a place to stay. Decent neighborhood and it's not difficult to make it to the city center.

When she started this job I’m sure she was planning to be one of the greatest spots in the town for travelers. But this job can take this passion quickly, if your guests have not enough respect what they have. I hope to see this place next time better, because very good neighborh…
