Located in a calm residential area, close to a supermarket and city amenities.

The bedroom is designed for quality rest and uninterrupted sleep.
Approximately 500 m from the sea and Lungomare. Restaurants, cafés and beaches are within walking distance.

The space
Comfortable apartment for two + extra person/small child. Close to the sea/ocean, supermarket, restaurant, football playground. Free private parking. You are surrounded with green private garden. Air-conditioning, satellite TV. We have different pillow types in order to adjust to different neck needs. We provide all small domestic items (ex. salt, coffee, pepper) so you do not have to buy. No pets please because we have two very small children and a cat. There are child facilities (swing, toboggan a lot of balls) in the garden that we all share.

The point at vacation is to relax and feel like home.
We live in the same building, but you have a quite place for your privacy in the building and garden.
You have private parking in front of the apartment in the private garden.
When you come with the car it might seem steep street to enter. My recommendation is to leave a car in the garden if you want to explore the city of Opatija.
You will have a special garden place only for you equipped with two lounges, a table with two chairs. In front of the apartment, there is another table with an additional two chairs and parasol. Adjust to your needs and preferences.

Other things to note
Bed has an anatomic memory foam madras. You can pick your favorite type of pillow (big/small, hard/flexible, normal- feather or anatomic memory foam). The size of the bed is 180 x 200 cm, the additional bed size is 140 x 200 cm.

It is safe neighborhood!
Flowers and green. I adore it!
Location is away from city center crowds. We like to surround ourselves apart from neighbors with green nature. So, you will have your own private space both outside and inside the apartment. It is s residential area with big houses and big gardens.
You will have a special garden place only for you equipped with two loungers, a table with two chairs. In front of the apartment there is another table with additional two chairs and parasol. Adjust to your needs and preferences. The point at vacation is to relax and feel like home.
There is one house for renovation in my direct neighborhood. Maybe you will like the city and manage to persuade owners to sell it to you:) Whatever element I can influence- I tried to make it comfortable. The house in the neighborhood I cannot influence- sorry.
We have a lot of plants and trees in the garden. Bananas, kiwi, kaki (Japanese apple), cherries, mandarin, lemon. Tourist adore figs in the late August. My mum adores herbs, so the little garden is full of the Mediterranean herbs. And flowers of course...
City of Opatija
Restaurants- I recommend Roko, Ružmarin, Ribarnica-fish (Volosko), Tramerka-fish (Volosko).
There are child facilities in the garden shared by my two kids.
